Proactive Risk Analyses in Business Practice - Methods and Procedures

Diploma thesis focuses on the issue of proactive risk management in companies, using appropriate procedures and methods in the selected company. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical knowledge, which serves as a basis for the analytical part. The analytical part characterizes the selected company, organizational structure, job positions and key processes in the company, with a focus on proactive risk management. In the last part of the diploma thesis, measures for proactive risk detection are suggested.

Application of Agile Methodology in Project Management

The diploma thesis deals with changes for streamlining project management, software development and work in development teams by introducing the agile Scrum methodology. The beginning of the diploma thesis deals with the theoretical background and basic concepts that are used in other parts of the work. The analytical part analyses the current state of the software division. In the design part, based on the results of the analysis, a proposal for changes in project management is created using the agile methodology, which aims to streamline project management and software development. At the end of the design part, economic evaluations of the design and its benefits for the division are processed.

Implementation of Selected Agile Methodology of Software Development Project Management

The Bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of a selected agile methodology in project management, more specifically the development of software for weapons simulators. The aim of this work is the introduction of selected agile methodology in the management of the software development project and its subsequent design on a fictitious project of Saab Czech, s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to describing the methods used and comparing them. Separate methods will be described in more detail. The next part will be an analysis of the current state of society using the traditional approach. The starting point for the design of the project itself is an analysis of the current state of development of software and industry development. The aim of the solution is to develop a project proposal that will have a selected agile management in place and thus will be successfully achieve the stated objectives of the Bachalor thesis.

The Project Proposal of the Provision of Animation Services

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a project for the provision of animation services of the company Rozprávkový svet s.r.o. Procedures and methods of project management were used to process the project. The proposed project will include a program provided for the seasonal months of the Tatralandia Aquapark and the Hollyday Village Tatralandia recreational facility. This program will include morning, day and evening activities in the environment of the aquapark, as well as in its respective accommodation facility Hollyday Village Tatralandia. The created plan will be further advanced to the investor as a basis for implementation.

Optimization of Production Capacity Utilization Linear Programming

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of production planning and the related use of the company's production capacity. The solution uses the simplex method as part of linear programming. A variable optimization model is created using the Solver add-on, which respects the set constraints. The output is also a VBA form for easier model management. The optimization model is helpful in the managerial decision-making of the company.

Project Proposal of the Robotic Café Founding

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management tools and methods for the implementation of a new project. The methods and tools used are theoretically described in the first part of the thesis and then practically used during the analysis of the current state of the company and also in the design part. The selected methods and tools are put into practice in the three phases of the project life cycle. The analysis of the current state represents the pre-design part of the work including the marketing of the project. The design part of the thesis is devoted to project initiation and planning. The output of this bachelor thesis is a fully developed project proposal, according to which the actual project implementation can be started within the planned timeframe.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a project for the implementation of an information system. The introductory part of this work deals with the theoretical basis of the issue and covers all phases of the project. The next part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the company. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the project itself, where the output of the thesis is a compiled project for the implementation of an information system.
