Doležalová, Kateřina ; Šnejdrová, Eva (advisor) ; Dittrich, Milan (referee)
The aim of this work was to study disolution and adhesive characteristics of branched lactic and glycolic acid oligoesters. The theoretical part describes biomaterials and bioadhezion. Dipenthaerythritol branched oligoester carriers were plastified 20% triethylcitrate. Adhezive properties were measured by material testing machine Zwick/Roel T1-FR050TH.A1K. The maximum force (Fmax), required to detach the polymer carrier from substrate, was measured for studying this material. Solution of mucin was used as a substate for adhesion. All studied oligoesters had sufficient adhesive properties. There was not any significant influence of incorporated drug. Acyclovir and fluconazole release from plastified carriers was tested. Liberation was tested at 37řC to the phosphate-citrate medium. Concentration of drug in medium was measured by spectrophotometer. There was an increase of drug liberation caused by decreasing of molar weight Mw. Oligoester 3D shown advantageous properties, it liberated acyclovir for 21 days with zeroth order kinetics
Courtly dance in Italy's early Renaissance period
Doležalová, Kateřina ; Czumalo, Vladimír (advisor) ; Matějů, Martin (referee)
The thesis is focused on courtly dancing in Italy in the early modem period. The work endeavours to survey its role in the fifteenth-century society, where it occured for the first time at the no ble courts. The general layout of the thesis is based on the assumption that dancing was one ofthe essential attributes ofthe nascent courtly society ofthe renaissance. The work consists of two parts: the first part examines the roots that were the foundation ofthe progression ofthe fifteenth-century society towards full-blown renaissance culture. There were two basic kinds of influence: one was the ancient Greek and Roman cultures, where dance was seen as a common part of life. The other was the Bible and its medieval Christian interpretations, which in its extreme aspects considered dancing to be one of the capital sins. Before integrating these antitheses, there was an acute conflict in society, which is clearly demonstrated by the attitude towards dancing in the period in question. The second part of the thesis addresses different roles of dancing in the fifteenth-century society and its ambition as an instrument of official demonstration of political power, noble entertainment and theatrelike spectacle. The reconstruction of life, works and dance theories of the first dancing masters show which functions it...

Title: Stimulation of strength skills through intervation gymnastic program for people with spinal cord impairment Objectives: The target of the work is to determine the degree of effectiveness of the newly created gymnastic program mediated to probands online, to the level of strength of the upper body and upper limbs of people with spinal cord injury. Methods: The research will be conducted in the form of a quasi-experiment with pre- testing and post-testing measuring. Used data collection methods included field testing, timed 100m dash in a wheelchair and 2kg weight throw and a questionaire. Analysis of found data has been done via descriptive statistics. Results: Results of post-testing showed that upon completion of a six-week interventional program, individuals with spinal cord impairment increased their strength levels in field tests. In the first field test, there was a slight percentage improvement of 5.9%. In the second field test, there was an overall mean percentage improvement of 10.9%. On average, probands improved by 8.4%, a slight to moderate improvement. The questionaires also showed that the trainees enjoyed the provided program. Title: Development of flexibility and subsequent compensation at various performance levels in rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out how exercises for the development of flexibility are performed. The other aim is to find out how the girls are led to correct warm-up and compensation during the training and at home. Interviews with trainers of various levels of rhythmic gymnastics were used to gather information. Furthermore, the thesis compares training routines for the flexibility development between different levels of rhythmic gymnastics programs. Methods: Information was obtained from interviews with trainers of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic. These were then analyzed. Some questions were evaluated using statistical methods of quantitative research. Results: Three out of five hypotheses were confirmed, remaining two were not confirmed. The biggest differences were found between the free program and the other two programs. The main difference concerned the length of the training units and other different answers arose from this. All or most of the trainers agreed on some issues regardless of the level at which they work. Keywords: Flexibility, Development, Compensation, Rhythmic gymnastics, Programs of RG, Imbalance,

Individuals with Down syndrome have a warm relationship with music, which becomes their motivation in almost every activity. The specialists found the program...
Identifying Negatives and their Storage Methods Based on Type of Film Support
Cíglerová, Tereza ; Doležalová, Kateřina
The conservation procedure presents the methods of identifying photographic negatives on polymer supports , especially by means of a cellulose nitrate base and cellulose acetate base, and the choice of various techniques on the basis of various factors, such as the collection’s size and physical condition, the workspace’s available equipment, the financial and time availability or the experiences of the identifying persons. For their indisputable informational value, the conservationist approach favors pilot survey which provides the initial idea about the collection’s material and physical composition and then helps with the choice of identification methods applied during the research phase. In the second part, the methodology focuses on the issues associated with long-term storage of the negatives and compares their recommended standards with the actual means at the disposal of minor institutions. It also proposes fitting, or at least acceptable, solutions.
