Šourek, Jan ; Doležal, Petr (referee) ; Starý, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to design proposal protective water management solution reservoirs in the basin Kobylí potok. This thesis consist of the text, hydraulic calculation and graphic.
The design of the multipurpose small water reservoir
Pitka, Roman ; Dobešová, Renata (referee) ; Doležal, Petr (advisor)
Master´s thesis aims to design multipurpose reservoirs in the river basin Žlebovský potok in cadastre Vysoké Popovice. The main purpose of the reservoir will be improving the drainage conditions in the basin of the river and revitalization. The reservoir will be designed according ČSN 75 2410 – Malé vodní nádrže. The master´s thesis consists of a text section, hydraulic calculations and graphic attachments.
The proposal of the multipurpose reservoir in the cadastral territory Třebářov
Hejl, Petr ; Milerski,, Rudolf (referee) ; Doležal, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to develop a simplified documentation of multipurpose reservoirs in the cadastral territory Třebařov. This thesis consists of the text, graphic and hydraulic calculations.
Determination of soil hydraulic characteristics in the selected location
Stoklásková, Adéla ; Doležal, Petr (referee) ; Kameníčková, Ivana (advisor)
This thesis deals with direct and indirect determination of soil hydraulic characteristics (retention curve and hydraulic conductivity) in the locality of Bohaté Málkovice. For laboratory determination of soil moisture retention curve is used sand tank and pressure relief device. For the indirect determination of soil hydraulic characteristics is used computer software Rosetta, which includes 5 models of pedotransfer functions. For estimatiton of retention curves are applied previously derived pedotransfer function (continuous parametric PTF and point PTF).
The proposal parameters of the small water reservoir in GIS environment.
Feltl, Jakub ; Ivana,, Kameníčková (referee) ; Doležal, Petr (advisor)
This report deals with rainfall-runoff modeling and small water reservoir projection with usage of modern software equipments (GIS, HEC-HMS), using maximum number of available data sources (BPEJ, LPIS, N-year rainfall gages, 3D contours …). The advantage of this method is that it is possible to predict the shape of hydrograph and flood wave volume as well. Other methods cannot offer judgment of flood wave volume and hydrograph shape as this method does. The most important thing in small water reservoir projection is the flood wave volume value, which is undervalued nowadays using wrong evaluation. This method’s advantage is variability of scenarios depending on soil surface, used agricultures, hydraulic and hydrologic parameters etc.
Employee Remuneration at LIKO SADEK, Ltd and its Effect on Motivation
Doležal, Petr ; Korotvička, Josef (referee) ; Jakubcová, Marie (advisor)
The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.
Time-frequency analysis of electrograms
Doležal, Petr ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis deals with time-frequency analysis of electrograms measured on isolated guinea pig hearts perfused according to Langendorff. Time-frequency analysis is based on algorithms Matching Pursuit and Wigner-Ville Distribution. The theoretical part describes the basics of electrocardiography, measurement on isolated hearts, the theory of approximation method Matching Pursuit and its combination with the Wigner-Ville distribution spectrum showing the energy density of the signal. Also other common approaches of time-frequency analysis are presented including the theory of continuous wavelet transform. The presented algorithms were tested on a set of electrograms, on which were induced ischemia within measurement followed by reperfusion. The proposed method allows for the fast detection of ischemia without any a priori knowledge of the signal, and also serves as a tool for measurement of EG important points and intervals. In the conclusion efficacy of the method was presented and its possible uses has been discussed.
Automatic Verification of Product Assembling Correctness
Doležal, Petr ; Šmirg, Ondřej (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This diploma evaluates methods for verification of key characteristics of a product using digital image processing techniques. At first, reasons why this work has been done are described followed by a list of all methods that were used in this diploma such as Hough Circle Transform and Flood Fill (Seed Fill) algorithm. Also, a new approach how to compensate non regularly illuminated scene, which is based on surface modeling with Bézier Surfaces, was developed. Moreover, the algorithm was implemented in the C++ programming language and some of the parts were also simulated using the MATLAB environment. The algorithm was evaluated based on the percentage level of recognition of the required parameters. Efficiency of the implementation is also important for the author.
Use of numerical simulation for reduction of scrap from Al alloys
Doležal, Petr ; Lána, Ivo (referee) ; Krutiš, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with the possibilities of current simulation software and their use in technical practice. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of the simulation; summarise the required initial parameters of the cast in order to achieve a credible simulation, and to describe the possibilities of the use of simulation software in the area of casting defect prediction. This theoretical analysis is applied on a specific cast, which is subject to a simulation trying to find an ideal inflow system, as well as predicting the formation of possible defects. The accuracy of this simulation will be proved by analysing an actual cast product.
