Drainage of waste water from the industrial area in Hulin city

The subject of this thesis is to implement the passport of sewer system installation, technical assessment and evaluation of the technical condition of the entire sewer network in the industrial area, along with focus and plotting the current leadership of the sewerage system. It was also developed a hydraulic model of the entire solution sewer system. In the second part of the study is a proposal for an appropriate treatment system of wastewater. It was also developed a hydraulic model of the entire solution sewer system. In the second part of the study is a proposal for an appropriate treatment system of wastewater. In conclusion there is a financial assessment and comparison of different variants cleaning system in terms of investment and operating costs.

In the thesis is described the municipal system in the Czech republic, the territorial development on the municipal level, the disparity of particular authorities, the municipal development opportunities, the creation and usage of municipal budget and possibilities of municipal development. The purpose of the thesis is to find out the current state of the town Pribor using marketing analysis, to discuss its strengths and weaknesses and to define threats and opportunities in the near future as well. Based on the results will be suggested possible solutions for further development of the town.

The aim of the thesis is to create a marketing plan for a building company in 2012. The theoretical part is devoted to the description the building market, strategy and marketing strategy, situational analysis and its tools. There are basic concepts explained, each division and structure. In the practical part describes the company and its activities. The marketing situation analysis, describes the current situation in which the business is located and the influences that act on it. Each analysis is the basis for creating a marketing plan for the company Klima-Brno in 2012. The marketing plan defined objectives. The chosen strategy is elaborated in action programs, by which should be complied with that goal. The conclusion is given control system and the possible risks that may impede the achievement of the marketing plan.
