Trademark protection and enforcement of rights in trademarks in the Czech legal order

ní'' poskytuje rozbor tří oblastí zákonné úpravy ochranných známek včetně použití související judikatury jednotlivým oblastem. Diplomová práce se věnuje institutu ochranné známky jako takové, možnostem její ochrany a úpravě vymáhání práv k části diplomová práce podrobně popisuje institut ochranné známky a její historii, funkce ochranné známky, zatřídění v rámci duševního a průmyslového vlastnictví, rostoucí význam ky a rozšiřující se okruh druhů ochranných známek. V následující části diplomové práce je detailně rozebráno registrační řízení u ÚPV, a to od podání přihlášky až po jednotlivá fakultativní řízení, která mohou v rámci její ochrany nastat, až po případný zá do rejstříku ochranných známek. Podrobně je rozebráno připomínkové řízení a zejména námitkové řízení. V námitkovým řízením jsou důkladně popsány osoby oprávněné podat takové námitky a rozebrány možné důvody v práce se dále zaměřuje na prostředky ochrany poskytované nejen ÚPV, ale i soudy a dalšími orgány, kterými je ochrana vhodně doplněna i v spotřebitele, čímž je poukázáno na to, jak velký význam ochrana v této oblasti má. Závěrečná část p průmyslovému vlastnictví, který i přes svůj stručný rozsah poskytuje pro oblast průmyslového vlastnictví vhodný nástroj úspěšnému vymožení práv oprávněnými osobami. Legal regulation of hunting management

This thesis deals with the law reagulation of hunting which has not doubtful place in czech law systém and it shows tradition of law regulation of hunting in the Czech republic.This thesis deals with shooting community also with the responsibility for damage, this work deals with the question of the raising and huntig of the game wich is connected to the law of hunting.There are also said often discussed things as question of responsibility for damge. Some Attention of this thesis is focused on the new conception of poaching according to the new Criminal Code which is effective since 1.1.2010. There are also mentioned some juridical decisions which are concerned with the law of hunting and not only connected to the crime of poaching but also concerned with offences and also with the character of law of hunntig. The work analyses mainly the contemporous law of hunting.

Regional population projections

This thesis deals with the regional population projections. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters, which describe and explain the basic concepts, such as demographics, birth rate, death rate and more. There are also analyzed the actual projection methods and specifying formulas. Last but not least consulted on the population projection of the Czech Republic in 2050 and the most recent projections up to the year 2100th. Own part is about the screening for districts in South Bohemian region. Projections were prepared for districts: Ceske Budejovice, Cesky Krumlov, Jindrichuv Hradec, Prachatice, Pisek, Strakonice and Tabor. As evaluation indicators were elected, population, life expectancy, total fertility rate and the secondary sex ratio or even sex ratio. Projections for population and life expectancy has been created specially for men and women.

Asymmetric information in the provision of banking services

The purpose of this work is to review an asymetric informedness in the area of banking services providing by examples of mortgage loans. The asymetric information is tracked in a relation to regulation tools from the banks' and clients' points of view. The work also contains a comparation of individual banking institution offers and a selection of the most suitable variant also in the context of asymetry of information.

Europe Direct České Budějovice and Eurocentrum České Budějovice as Two Main Sources of Information Concerning EU in the South Bohemia: a Comparative Analysis

The main theme of the presented bachelor thesis is a comparative analysis of two main European Union information sources in South-Bohemian Region, the Europe Direct České Budějovice and the Eurocentrum České Budějovice. The first part is a theoretical excursus into problems of information science which plays a lead role in present world. The views of the South-Bohemian Region´s citizens were assessed by the questionnaire survey carried out on 100 subjects. Another part concentrates on the in-depth analysis of the mentioned centers. Analyzed data are related to the legal basis of the centers, history and description of the centers, method of funding, objectives and services provided by the centers, as well as their cooperation with other institutions. Considering the previous chapters, the last part is focused on comparison of the Europe Direct České Budějovice and the Eurocentrum České Budějovice. The conclusion summarizes the main coincident and different points of both compared centers, as well as the views of the South-Bohemian Region´s citizens on the level of acquaintance.

Stock Exchange Trading and Financial Derivatives in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with stock {--} exchange business on European continent, especially on organised markets. Main goal is to underline czech stock market, its financial derivatives. In the theoretical part chosen general topics concerning stock-exchange business on organized markets are characterized. Importace of stock {--} exchange, it structure, principles of business, history of stock {--} exchange business are described. Next chapter deals with czech market (organised Prague stock exchange and an organiser of off-exchange trading RM {--} system), its comparison, the new financial derivatives market as well. As compared markets are chosen: London, Wien, Warsaw, Budapest, Italian stock Exchange, Deutsche Borse, cross border exchange organisation NYSE EURONEXT and Prague stock exchange. The application part is based upon information gathered from web sites of particular stock exchanges and international organisations. Chosen figures concerning positron of stock exchange markets on international market with securities are: organizational structure, way of trading and clearing, trading hours, distributing information, trading financial derivatives, statistical indicators: number of members, market capitalizaton, trade volume, number of transactions and evaluation of futures trades.
