Akademická etika na českých univerzitách

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of academic ethics at Czech universities and is divided into literature review, methodology, analytical part, recommendations, and discussion. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the current situation regarding the adherence to ethical principles and values at these universities and to propose possible solutions for improving this situation. The theoretical part of the thesis presents primarily academic principles and the development of the history of ethics. In the practical part, the results of a survey conducted at selected Czech universities are described. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the survey results and proposes specific measures for improving the adherence to academic ethics at Czech universities. This bachelor's thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of academic ethics and can be used as inspiration for further research in this area.

Characteristics of immigrants in France in the beginning of 21st century

Characteristics of immigrants in France in the beginning of 21th century Abstract Aim of this thesis is to give as complex overview of immigration flows to France as possible and characterize immigrants, describe their geographical origin and main motives that resulted in their migration. In the first part of the thesis we will describe the most important legislative changes, immigration politics and negative results of immigration. In the second part we will define regions with higher concentration rate of immigration basing on analyzed data and indicate main preferences of immigrants concerning choice of final destination region. In analysis we found out that geographical origin of immigrants changed in the past, currently majority of immigrants comes from African countries and familial reasons dominate. Immigration process is very difficult for incomers from African countries and result of their unconformity is very low level of education and high rate of unemployment. The highest concentration of immigrants is located in Ile-de-France, where 12 % of immigrants were in the year 2012. Lifelong Education of Nurses and Midwives in Karlovy Vary Region

This thesis adresses the lifelong education of nurses and midwives. Introduced subject is presently very up-to-date, because it pays strong emphasis to standards of these professions within the European Union and the need to unify and improve their education. Changes are occurring in thein qualification preparation as well as in postgraduate education. The objective of the theoretical part is to charakterize these changes and to present the principles of medical education changes according to the Law number 96/2004 Coll. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on charting the attitude, knowledge, motivation and interest of nurses and midwives about this subject. Research, in which took part nurses and midwives from three hospitals in Karlovy Vary region, showed, that both occupations take lifelong education very seriously. Further results point out the misgivings about the financial and time requirements the new lifelong education system brings.

Streptococcus agalactiae - antibiotic rezistence

Streptococcus agalactie is an important pathogen causing very dangerous illnesses, especially in newborns. The aim of this work was to find out how resistant this microbe is to ATB (erythromycin, clindamycin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim + sulfonamide, nitrofurantoin, penicillin, tetracycline, vancomycin and linezolid). At first testing was conducted on all watched group and subsequently on pregnant women and other patients. After the experimental stage, results from the pregnant women were compared with results from other tested group. In years 2018-2019, 1619 strains from 1295 patients in ÚKM FNHK were isolated. Sensitivity to ATB was measured in 1355 samples from 1105 patients. Within the all watched group of patients, resistance to each ATB was detected as follows: erythromycin (37,17 %), chloramphenicol (2,36 %), clindamycin (31,96 %), trimethoprim + sulfonamide (3,99 %), nitrofurantoin (1,11 %), peniciline (0,22 %), tetracycline (73,28 %) and to vancomycin and linezolid (0,00 %) of isolates. The resistance in pregnant women was detected as follows: erythromycin (26,36 %), chloramphenicol (2,33 %), clindamycin (22,87 %), trimethoprim + sulfonamide (3,49 %), nitrofurantoin (0,45 %), peniciline (0,39 %) and to tetracykcline (74,42 %) of isolates. Preparation of Applicants for Adoption and Foster Care

The diploma thesis entitled " Applicants preparation for an adoption and foster care" consists of two parts, the first is a theoretical part and the second part is practical. The theoretical part contains of eleven chapters. Professional literature, articles, quire, webpages and more were used to develop the theoretical part. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of substitute family care, description of forms of substitute family care, description of the arranging process of substitute family care, preparation of applicants, topics of preparátory courses. The practical part contains of the results of quantitative research, which are shown using graphs. The graphs describe the detection of quantitative research using an anonymous open-ended questionnaire. The practical part of the diploma thesis answers the questions of what motivations applicants for substitute family care have, the questions of the process of substitute family care and, last but not least, the questions concerning the preparation of applicants. The discussion is a final chapter of this thesis.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the description of the loci of given properties and its use in solving of the simple tasks in high schools. It is also focused on the analysis of more difficult problems related to the conic sections. These problems are solved in planimetric or analytic form. There is also a chapter dealing with the axial affinity. It extends the curriculum at high schools.

Trends in nuptiality in European countries since 1960

Development of Nuptiality in European countries since 1960 Abstract The aim of this thesis is to assess the development of marriage since 1960 and determine whether there has been convergence of nuptial behavior in European Union countries along with Switzerland and Norway. Convergence of nuptial behavior was evaluated, primarily on the basis of intensity indicator and the timing of marriage. The results show that the extension of the second demographic transition in all countries brings similar trends like reducing the intensity of marriage and postponement of marriage to a later age. Four countries were selected, the Czech Republic, Finland, France and Hungary. In these countries, convergence of nuptial behavior since 1990 were more analyzed. Development of attitudes towards marriage was studied in order to find out how the value changes contributed to changes in marriage behavior as suggested by the second demographic transition. In the Czech Republic and Hungary opinions have changed the most when it comes to marriage. The most liberal state was France and on the other hand, marriage in Finland was still attractive. Body styling - principles and practical implementation

TITLE: Body styling - Principles and Practical Implementation OBJECTIVES: The aim of this diploma thesis is the search processing of available literary sources associated with bodystyling and the draft and verification of appropriate bodystyling lessons with positive effect on body composition for women and men without previous experience with bodystyling. METHODS: While elaborating this diploma thesis, my efforts were based on literary search, in particular I searched in literature focused on bodystyling and muscular system anatomy. This work shows its descriptive analytical character. Verification of drafted bodystyling lessons reveals, why bodystyling is a suitable form of regular physical exercise or activity. The target group consisted of twelve persons, six women and six men, within the age from twenty to fifty. None of them had previous experience with bodystyling lessons. RESULTS: The proposed physical intervention positively affected body composition interceded subjects that directly affected the body shaping. Body fat percentage was significantly reduced in eleven people out of twelve. The result of percentage of fat for the examined group is (-0,9±0,6) %. This thesis discusses the House of childhood, where Ferdinand Krch worked as a director and teacher. Describes the reasons for the establishment of the House of childhood, educational goals, and education itself (family and collective), teaching daily routine of children, nature as a governess, relationships between children, entertainment, games, children's songs and theater. At the conclusion of this work is devoted to the abolition of the House of childhood, his legacy and inspiration.
