Relationships and team roles in RC Mountfield Říčany

Title: Interpersonal relationships and team roles of RC Mountfield Říčany Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to to find out the current interpersonal relationships in the male A team of RC Mountfield Říčany and possible comments or complaints on current situation. The thesis should help head coach to determine interpersonal relationships and team roles of the players. It should help him with leading the team, possibly to consider qualified decisions about personal changes. Methods: The pain part of the thesis was done by a quantitative method - an anonymous questionnaire which was distributed to the players. Also, there were used two semi-structured interviews which is a qualitative method. Results: The results bring mostly positive information about the current interpersonal relationships among the team. Also, there were discovered areas where players are seeking an improvement and a change. Especially, young players would like to unite the team across the groups of different age. The thesis revealed three main informal leaders who it can be work with on bringing the team moretogether. Key words: interpersonal relationships, team roles, rugby

Cultivation of Poopy (Papaver somniferum L.) and its food and other utilization

This thesis deals with in the Czech Republic traditionally cultivated crop, and that is the poppy. The aim of my thesis is to summarize the findings in the literature search about the requirements and characteristics of the poppy, to find out his demands on growing, yield components, quality parameters and on the basis of literary research to recommend current and future growers an appropriate technology for the cultivation of this crop. In my thesis I focused on poppy cultivation technology from sowing to harvest, also on its quality and utilization.
