The marketing plan of sport's event Žij pohybem

Name: Marketing plan of sport's competition Žij pohybem Objectives: The main objective of the diploma thesis is to create a marketing plan of a sports competition Žij pohybem, which will be used as a basic concept upon preparation and realization of the sports competition Žij pohybem, in case of positive acceptance. Methods: A situation analysis is used in the thesis, which evaluates a current statement of the competition, its competitions and customers. Necessary parts of the situation analysis are SWOT and STEP analysis. The SWOT analysis adjudicates strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats that can appear during organization and realization of the competition. The STEP analysis determinates the macroeconomic background and covers circumstances, influence and situations that affect the competition. Results: The sports competition Žij pohybem has a stable range of customers, whose number increases regularly. Its competition is limited, which is an opportunity to obtain the biggest part of the market. A weak financial matter appeared as the main weakness, which endanger the whole realization of the competition. Marketing research on customer satisfaction in the fitness centre Hopsáme.cz.

Title: Marketing research on customer satisfaction in the fitness centre Hopsáme.cz. Purpose: The main aim is to find out, how the customers are satisfied with the services offered in the fitness centre Hopsáme.cz, which is placed in Prague's district Modřany. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey. The situation is analyzed by the results of this survey and I came up with suggestions, which should help to improve the customer satisfaction and general prosperity of this company. Methods: As mentioned above, I chose a questionnaire survey from the possible marketing methods. There were used written forms of questionnaire survey same as electronical version in this bachelor thesis. The evaluation was performed by the statistic program SPSS. The results are shown in tables and graphs, which were compiled in the statistic program SPSS as well. Results: From the results of this survey we can see that customers are relatively satisfied with the services offered in fitness centre Hopsáme.cz. I found some insufficiency in services offered and the arrangements were suggested to improve the customer satisfaction. Employer branding in its analysis in the particular company

The master thesis is focused on employer branding in the company the Heineken Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize and describe the main concepts and approaches concerning the employer branding on the basis of foreign and Czech scientific literature and thematic articles. The practical part will be focused on employer branding analysis at the Heineken Czech Republic. Information on building an employer's brand in the company will be identified through questionnaire survey and interviews with key actors in the company who play a vital role in creating an employer brand through both in-house and outsourced activities. Finally, I evaluate the issue of the employer branding in particular company, identify shortcomings and opportunities and at the and suggest few recommendations and possible steps to improve.

Destination management of Zbraslav

The aim of bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of destination management in a tourist destination Zbraslav.The theoretical part includes main definitions of management of destination, marketing of destination and tourism. The findings will be used to assess the destination Zbraslav. Evaluation will be realized by analyzing the internal and external enviroment and through the destination survey. If it will be determined that the destination management of Zbraslav is insufficient and that the destination does not use its maximum potential, I will propose several recommendations that should contribute to the development of the tourist destination.
