Sport preparation of junior handball

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the individual performance of boys in the Handball Decathlon competition in detail. A total of five sports disciplines were compared on the basis of the results from the final rounds of the 2010, 2012, 2014, and 2017 Handball Decathlons. The subjects of the survey were athletic competitions in: throwing a ball, 2 x 15m sprints, precision shooting, a five-step jump, and an obstacle course. The aim was to find out if the average performance of the participating teams in individual athletic disciplines has a frequency of performance ascending or descending. On the basis of the analysis, he discovered the development of handball skills in the boys who were able to represent their clubs in the Handball Decathlon. Possibilities of platelet count evaluation by analyzer Sysmex XN in a group of patients with thrombocytopenia

Ilona Fátorová Title of diploma thesis: Possibilities of platelet count evaluation by analyzer Sysmex XN in a group of patients with thrombocytopenia This diploma thesis deals with the problems of platelet count evaluation in thrombocytopenic patients. There are several principles of determination of platelet count, which are currently used. The aim of this thesis is to assess and analyze three of them (impedance, optical and fluorescence method) in 400 patients. The theoretical part includes topics like function and development of platelets, principles of their count determination and pathology associated with low platelet count. In the experimental part the obtained data is graphically and statistically evaluated to analyse the agreement between three measurements. Methods: Analysis of complete blood counts was performed by the analyzer Sysmex XN-10. Platelet counts were obtained from PLT-I, PLT-O and PLT-F methods. Some blood samples required a microscopic control of platelet morfology. Results: The obtained data was statistically evaluated with help of Wilcoxon test and Bland- Altman plots. Efficiency of the Use of Soft Money Funds the Most Labor Market

The thesis will deal with the analysis of efficient use of European Union funds that are allocated to socalled soft projects in the Most region. By the term a soft project we are talking about a project which is trying to countinuosly return those long term unemloyed on the labour market. The aim of the thesis is to answer whether the funds provided by the European Social Fund in the period between 2007 and 2013 are allocated correctly to selected projects. Therefore those which are focusing on the most vulnerable groups of Most region labour market. The first part will talk about five soft projects which have been implemeted in "Most region" in the reporting period. The second part of this thesis will evaluate on the situation of target groups of individual projects in the "Most region labour market" in comparison with selected labour markets in other regions and an the country as a whole. Analytical part of the thesis will review views of employers whom have encountered with the projects directly.
