Analysis of the most important elements and relations between revenues and expenses of budget of Adamov is the main objective of the work. Evaluation of economy of the town on the basis of achieved results and suggestions of preferable measures is another objective.

The Master Thesis deals with main topic of Ivestment plan of company XYZ. The investment plan relates to connection water tanks for selected municipality (villages, cities, etc.) and conclusion of this project. The first part is theoretical and the investment plan of a company as the topic of this master thesis is based on these theoretical information. Analysis, statistics, risk analysis, investment project effectiveness and other research methods are set in the middle part. The last part is conclusion of all mentioned data. The result should establish if the investment plan is suitable for this specific company.

RAM-Tester Design in VHDL

This paper describes various approaches to hardware testing semiconductor memory. We describe the priciple of basic memory types, the way which each of them stores information and their comunication protocol. Following part deals with common failures which may occur in the memory. The section also describes the implementation of memory model and tester designed in VHDL language. It is possible to inject some errors into memory, which are later detected by the tester. The final section shows the response of tester to various error types according to used error detection method. The paper is especially focused on failure detection by variants of march test.

Expertimental GSM jammer

This thesis describes GSM communication, the method of its jamming and design of a jammer for this band. This document is mainly focused on design of the jammer with the variable bandwidth of jamming and the variable level of output power. Requested parameters of jamming are set by a control panel with a LCD display. In this document there is a detailed description of each function block and connection between them. At the end of this thesis there are released measured results of designed jammer.

DRM signal receiver

The master’s thesis deals with the design of DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) receiver. The block diagram of receiver was chosen and particular blocks were theoretically analyzed. After that followed design and production of each block. The synthesizer was programmed and the receiver properties were verified. The last part of thesis deals with real receiving of DRM broadcast.

Evaluation of Company Financial Performance and Proposals of Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company CHARVÁT Group, Ltd. A financial analysis is being assessed using of well-known indicators and calculation methods. The company provided materials as sheets of profits and losses, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Thanks to these it is possible also to submit proposals leading to improvement of the financial situation of the company. The materials will contribute to the presentation the financial analysis results at the same time. Records from years 2006, 2007 and 2008 are used in this thesis. The company kindly allowed me to present the acquired data both orally and in writing.

Cardiorenal syndrome and detection of early changes in kidney and myocardial function including determination of risk factors in asymptomatic patients with arterial hypertension The presented thesis aimed at determining the possibility to identify changes related to cardiorenal syndrome development in patients with satisfactorily compensated arterial hypertension. In the group of 96 patients within the period of 2 years we repeatedly examined 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, ultrasound imaging (echocardiography, renal resistive index), a set of laboratory analyses of cardiac and renal functions, and analyzed the relations between the blood pressure values and the monitored cardiac and renal parameters. In the preliminary examination we discovered an association between the 24-hour diastolic pressure and glomerular filtration. The main finding based on the follow-up monitoring was the rise of the renal resistive index and its significant correlation with the ratio of diastolic to systolic pressures without any relation to changes in anti-hypertension medication. By contrast, we did not identify any significant changes when evaluating the cardiac parameters. Impact of Immunonutrition on the Patients With Cystic Fibrosis

The impact of immunonutrition in patiens with cystic fibrosis Abstract The aim of the study was to evaluate the application of immunonutrition in adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) and malnutrition, who have been receiving enteral nutrition in the form of standard sipping for at least a year. In 30 adult patients, immunonutrice (Impact) was given for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, patients returned to standard nutritional support. The application of immunonutrition led to a significant reduction in systolic blood pressure and heart rate, to an increase in glomerular filtration and significant changes in the plasma aminoacidogram. Serum amyloid-A (SAA) levels decreased significantly and increased again after the intervention. However, immunonutrition administration was associated with an increase in serum malonyldialdehyde, a decrease in serum glutathione peroxidase and selenium. Thus, administration of immunonutrition led to an increase in oxidative stress, but almost all values remained within physiological limits. At 6-year follow-up, the long- term prognosis in the multivariate analysis depended only on baseline FEV1 and the degree of pulmonary involvement, respectively. Evaluation of nutritional status and cardiac risk in patients with anorexia nervosa.

Anorexia nervosa (MA) is serious psychiatric disease associated with significant mortality. One of the main causes of mortality in these patients is cardiac complications. In 2003 - 2010 we examined 30 patients with established diagnosis of MA. Routinely used nutritional parameters are normal even in severe malnutrition in MA patients and we can ́t use them to diagnose or monitor nutritional status. Therefore we evaluated plasma aminoacids levels to detect minor changes of protein metabolism. According to our results we found mild hyperaminoacidemia and significant elevation of Gly/Val and Phe/Tyr ratio. In the second part of our research we performed non invasive examination s in risky patients with AN to consider possible cardiac complications. Results of ECG and echocardiography confirm results of the previous published studies. Original finding is significant decrease in flow mediated dilatation of brachial artery and its normalization after realimentation. We found also in ambulatory blood pressure monitoring significant decrease in blood pressure during the active period which was the consequence of changes in the heart rate variability.
