Application of Management Control System in a Business

The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in a company especially on operative planning and devations analysis. The first part of the master´s thesis is theoretical with basic terms and used continualy in the analytical part. In analytical part the company ABC s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its currently used planning method for 2018. Then will be used deviation analysis. In the proposal part i will try to propose corrective actions, to improve the current situation in the form of a plan using the cover margin contribution.

The traditional elements of the Dutch landscaping in the painting of Roelandt Savery

This thesis deals with the personalities of the Dutch artist Roelandt Savery. At first the thesis is dedicated to place his work into the historical and artistic context. This section presents a painterly tradition from which the Dutch landscape production derives at Savery´s period. Next the personality of Roelandt Savery is illuminated. This part deals with the artist's life and his complete work. Subsequently this part expands into the introduction of art personalities who influenced the Savery´s work. In addition to direct artistic influences I also devoted the thesis to the religious component of his work. It is exposed on particular examples.
