Title: Motion regime of children after healing of leukemia Objectives: The bachelor thesis deals with monitoring of evaluation of exercise regimen of children they underwent treatment of leukemia in University Hospital Motol. The evaluation of previous and current status of motion regimen is based on responses. We will focus on influence of gaming console with motion sensor during the treatment. Another goal is to determine the times, when the children are integrated back to the school environment. The ultimate goal is to determine the average age of children and the form of leukemia they mostly get ill. Methods: I used two methods for this bachelor thesis. For determination of motion regime of children was created questionnaire. The second used method was interview. The interview was lead with the doctor. Results: Total number of involved former patients in this research sample was 41. There were 22 boys and 19 girls. Most often in children occurred acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which occupies up to 75 % of all respondents. The average age of patients was 9, 6 years. 36 children (88 %) were before diagnosis physically active. Boys preferred team sports and girls individual sports. The relationship of primary school children to physical activity

Name: The relationship of primary school children to physical activity Aim: The main aims of this bachelor thesis were to determine children's relationship to sport activities, to find out children's awareness concerning sport, and their most common and most popular leisure activities, and to describe content and course of physical education at school. Additionally to find out the teachers' opinion about children's physical fitness. Methods: 103 pupils aged from 6 to 12 years and 15 teachers participated in this empirical descriptive study. The survey was compiled from three groups which were dedicated to the sport awareness, physical education and leisure activities. Results: 65% of children are interested in physical activities, 82% of children devote to them, 82% of children intercut them with other activities, 37 % of children are engaged in the sport two days a week. The responses regarding the interests of individual sports are different. 80% of children can cope with physical education in duration of an hour. Sport games are the most favorite content of physical education (64%). 79% of teachers emphasized warming in their physical education lessons. Body mass reduction in adults

Title: Reduction of body weight of adults. Objectives: Aim of this thesis is to find out how many people have resorted to reduce their weight, for what reason and whether their attempts were successful. Methods: In my thesis I questioned 246 randomly selected respondents. Questioning was done by the form of inquiry. Respondents were people who live around me and my family. The condition for completing the questionnaire was age of 18 years or older, and access to an internet connection. Survey form was distributed electronically. Results: I found out that 38% of respondents aren't satisfied with their weight and therefore they usually decide to follow various forms of reducing modes. 82% of them follows different kinds of diets (reducing modes) multiple times. The reason for that is going back to regular diet habits and lack of exercise out of diet mode. 73% of respondents confirmed high activity during reducing modes, I consider that successfull. Title: Socio-economic aspects of physical activities for seniors in Prague Objectives: The aim of study was to find out what are the socioeconomic aspects of walking and other physical activities Prague's population of seniors. Specifically find answers to questions, whether regular walk in this population affect the quality of life in old age, if those people bring motion standard from earlier stages of life, what are their motives for periodic walking, if they operate other physical activities than walking and whether is there a coherent categories of pedestrians. Methods: In this thesis were used quantitative and qualitative research methods. The source of quantitative analysis was the questionnaire WHOQOL OLD with a complementary inquiry on walking. The sample consisted of 156 respondents and was divided equally between pedestrians and non-pedestrians. There were used methods of descriptive statistics and statistical hypothesis testing. For qualitative analysis was with a part-respondents (pedestrians) made an interview, investigating their socioeconomic status, the motives for carrying out walking and other activities, and also was made their segmentation. Objects: The main goal of the thesis is to determine the reason why clients attend circuit trainings, what their focus is and what they try to achieve. Discovering the effect of the circuit training is another aim of the thesis. Methodology: The literature review and surveys were used for the purposes of the thesis on the circuit training. Title: Changes in body composition in the development of maximum force Objectives: The aim of this work was to create functional strength development of maximum strength of his subsequent application. During interventions were performed measurements of body composition, where we observed change of each selected component due to the application of physical intervention and then evaluated their significance with respect to the target. Furthermore, we monitor changes in maximal strength by setting the repetition maximum in selected exercises. Methods: We used the work of the body composition measuring apparatus using the BIA 2000 (data input, Frankfurt nad Mohanom, Germany) and used by the software measurement somatotype Antropo 2000.2 Results: The work confirmed the hypothesis about a significant change in the values of total body water, body fat percentage and values of ECM / BCM due adapted physical intervention with the primary objective of developing maximal strength. Title: Influence of overweight and obesity in children of preschool age Objectives: The first aim is to process a literature review of Czech and foreign authors. Based on this review a survey dealing with this issue will be analysed evaluated. Methods: Summary of literature review, devising a survey dealing with the issue, which resulted from the studied literature. Parents of preschool children, who visit "Kroužky", where involved in this survey. Results of 100 respondents will be investigated and assessed in the results of this work. Results: Literature review showed that more children are obese. Physical options of preschool children are affected by using modern technology. The result of survey is that preschool children spend more time in virtual world than performing physical activity. Eating habits is another factor that affects overweight and obesity. Nevertheless the overweight and obesity were occured, 95 % of all survey children have breakfast. In influencing obesity we should instead focus on quality of intake food. Thesis title: Regime intervention for body mass reduction after birth Objective: The aim is to present clear and comprehensive information about three women during the six weeks after childbirth. Then evaluate the regime measures leading to weight reduction and choose the right excercises to stregthen weak muscles and to improve physical condition of these women. Methodology: This thesis deals with weight reduction after childbirth. Quantitative research was used in the practical part and the main method was a case study. Three women aged 27- 35 years were the monitored probands. The first observed woman was at the time of childbirth 30 years old and she gave psysiological childbirth. The second observed woman was at the time 30 years old and she gave also a psysiological childbirth. The third observed woman was at the time of childbirth 27 years and she gave birth by the Ceasarean section. All of the three women were primiparas. They wrote all their physical activities, frequency of food during the day and their weight loss in postpartum period. Name: Opinion of children of senior school age on physical activity, health and sport Aim: The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of issues associated with physical activity, health, sport and healthy lifestyle. This thesis investigates the knowledge and opinions of school children at second stage of Primary School on healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle. It further explores what factors influence students to take care of their lifestyles and whether there are differences in their opinions on healthy lifestyle influenced by gender, family or school they attend. The task of the work also determines whether the students of two selected primary schools in Slaný have a different opinion on the above mentioned physical activity, health, nutrition, physical education and sport. Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football

Title: Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football Objectives: There are two goals of this thesis - fitness evaluation of the amateur-level football team using fitness tests and increase of knowledge of fitness training using survey for football trainers. Methods: Information about fitness training was compared based on the analysis of professional literature. A survey for football trainers was created and suitable tests for evaluation of physical fitness in endurance training were selected. This selection was based on professional literature. Results: The results concluded in this thesis were based on two goals. The first part of results contains results from the survey, which was used to analyze opinions of trainers of amateur football. These trainers fully agreed on two questions only. First question was about a use of fitness trainers for amateur level football. No respondent uses this approach. The second question was about use of tools for fitness training. Here, on the other hand, all respondents use such tools. Answers on other questions differed.
