This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the impact of process innovation in the field of sales at company Bednar FMT s.r.o. in 2014–2018. The theoretical part defines specific terms related to process innovation as well as terms and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part describes the monitored company from the point of view of basic data, it also provides information about process innovation and financial analysis is carried out on the basis of theoretical background.

The preparedness of the Czech Republic to adopt the single currency of the euro

This master’s thesis evaluates whether at all and at what level the Czech republic and Sweden meet the Maastricht criteria, because this is a necessary condition for adopting the single currency euro. The theoretical part of this thesis will be focused at theoretical basis, which means the European Union and its history, monetary union and individual convergence criteria. Analysis of actual situation of meeting the Maastricht criteria and analysis of preparedness medium and large business to adopt the single currency of the euro will be realized in next part of this thesis.

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of "Economic Aspects of Innovation in a Company" researches strategic innovation in a company that dealt mainly with IT services before launch of the innovation. The work analyzes economic aspects of a strategic innovation in the monitored company and describes benefits of the innovation. An internal and external analysis of the environment is made and the impact of the innovation is evaluated using selected performance indicators.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company Rašino a.s. for period 2013-2018. The first part of the thesis contains thoretical knowledge that is also used in the second part. The second part of the thesis is practical part, financial analysis of the company based on the Financial report of the company. This part also contains some of the health models and bankruptcy prediction models like Aspect global rating, Index IN05, Altmans Z-score and others. In the last part of the thesis in the basis of chievements some proposals are presented. These could help to improve the financial situation.

The main objective is to create a business plan for a development project that will lead to construction of family houses in Olomouc area. Development of a Small Family Business

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe a development of a small family business, a brewery located in Sušany, which will distribute beer to surrounding villages and towns in districts of Poltár, Rimavská Sobota and Lučenec. The thesis is divided into three parts. First, theoretical part, includes definition of terms that relate to business. Present condition, surroundings of an enterprise and its opportunities are described in second, analytical part. Finally, we put forward a detailed proposition of how the brewery should work, expand and make profit.

EU development - Comparison of the Czech and Slovak Republics in selected sectors

The aim of my master thesis is to create a comparison of economy between the Czech Republic and another country in the European Union. This other selected country member was Slovakia, which is quite similar to the Czech Republic, has a common history with the Czech Republic, but has already adopted the euro. At the beginning the history of European Union, the Monetary Union and the convergence criteria for the introduction of the single common currency are summarized. The analysis of selected macroeconomic indicators, the fulfillment of the Maastricht criteria and the analysis of medium-sized enterprises in the restaurant and hospitality sector was also carried out in practical part.

The practical part describes the company XY s.r.o. and introducing process innovation into its operation.
