Crisis scenario model of a large power outage
Bláha, Michal ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis describes legislation addressing the issue of power outages. The issue of blackout is explained here, along with the general effects on society. The work goes on to describe the most historically important blackouts in the world and the states of emergency that occurred in the Czech Republic. In the next part, a fictionalcity is created to demonstrate the consequences of blackout. Furthermore, the work describes how the city would deal with such a resulting blackout. In the end, a recommendation is proposed for a fictional city that would make the city more resistant to further blackout.
Methodology and data evaluation of conformance tests of A1 and A2 power generating modules
Bláha, Michal ; Drápela, Jiří (referee) ; Morávek, Jan (advisor)
The introductory part of the diploma thesis contains basic knowledge of the issue of Power Generating Module (particularly local) and a description of individual categories according to the EU Commission Regulation 2016/631, which are connected to the electricity system in the Czechia. In connection with this classification and the assignment of this work, the individual rules for connecting and operating Power Generating Module of categories A1 and A2 are further described. The work also deals with verifying the compliance and conformity of production modules with applicable legislation. The principles of verification of production units follow the newly proposed standard EN 50 549-10. The benefit of the work lies mainly in the preparation for the creation of a certified workplace, which will deal with custom measurement of production units. This preparation is based not only on the created test manual, but on two other important parts, such as the creation of evaluation scripts and the output protocol. The scripts will be used to process the measured data for individual tests and will provide a suitable graphical output of the unit, which will be placed in the output protocol. This protocol will thus be a comprehensive official measurement output of the tested unit.
Implementation of procedures and evaluation of data from compliance tests of Power Generating Modules of categories A1 and A2
Bláha, Michal
The ever-increasing number of untested small Power Generating Modules (PGM) poses certain challenges and risks for Distribution System Operator (DSO) in the future, as these PGM have not been verified and therefore DSO cannot reliably predict their behavior, especially in extreme situations. However, to ensure reliable operation and power quality, it is necessary to require certain behavior of PGMs. This behavior is already defined, but the exact verification procedure, or rather the functional laboratory that would allow PGM compliance certification is missing. This paper deals with both the principle of testing and mainly the processing of measured data and their evaluation, along with definition of a output measurement report. The correct data processing and representation is partial task for a certified workplace, which would enable PGM testing.

The concept and types of bills of exchange and promissory notes
Blaha, Michal ; Zahradníčková, Marie (advisor) ; Čech, Petr (referee)
- 1 - Abstract The topic of my diploma thesis is "The concept and types of bills of exchange and promissory notes". The reason why I chose this topic is my interest in securities law, especially in bill of exchange law, and my previous work experience. I regularly work with bill of exchange law in my employment so this is a reason why I have decided to expand my knowledge of this particular law. The bill of exchange and check act number 191/1950 Coll., as amended, is the basis of legislation for this kind of law in the Czech Republic. The most significant advantage of this act is the constancy, which is given by the general method of treatment of this issue. This advantage can be considered as one of the main disadvantages too, because the solution of unique issues is left to case law and literature. This is a reason, why the core of this diploma thesis is chapter 5, where I analyse the essential requirements of bill of exchange and promissory note. Also the issue of graphical design is a very interesting and actual topic. The diploma thesis is structure into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the historical development of bill of exchange and promissory note. This chapter contains also the historical development of individual institutes of bill of exchange law. The second chapter discusses the...
Catalytic synthesis of polyanilines
Bláha, Michal ; Vohlídal, Jiří (advisor) ; Omastová, Mária (referee) ; Trchová, Miroslava (referee)
This Ph.D. thesis is dealing with catalytic polymerization of aniline (ANI) and partially also of substituted anilines with FeCl3/H2O2 catalyst system, in which according to obtained results both active species, Fe3+ and HO , participate in the overall polymerization mechanism, creating a synergic system. The Fe3+ /H2O2 catalyst system, also called Fenton's system can considerably lower contamination of forming neat polyanilines (PANIs) by side-products characteristic of stoichiometric polymerization. However, catalytically prepared PANIs exhibit reduced conductivity related most probably to side reactions involving radicals generated as integral components of the FeCl3/H2O2 system. Catalytic polymerization of ANI with FeCl3/H2O2 system was found to be the reaction of approx. 2nd order with respect to ANI and gives PANIs of a good quality only when [H2O2] in the reaction mixture was kept low, i.e., at under- stoichiometric ratios [H2O2]/[ANI]. At over-stoichiometric ratio [H2O2]/[ANI], PANIs of lowered conductivity, worse spectroscopic characteristics and increased size of PANI nanostructures were obtained; nevertheless, these PANIs were not over-oxidized to pernigraniline state. The reaction-time profiles of the open-circuit potential of reaction mixtures exhibited an inflection related to the...
Synthesis and Spectral Properties of Novel Poly(disubstituted acetylene)s
Duchoslavová, Zuzana ; Bláha, Michal (referee)
The synthesis of new acetylenes, R1C≡CR2, (R1=4-t-butylphenyl; R2=4-[(t- butyl)(diphenyl)silyloxy]phenyl; 1-naphthyl; 2-naphthyl) is reported. All monomers were characterized by the means of standard spectroscopic methods. R1C≡CR2 give well soluble polyacetylenic polymers -[C(R1)=C(R2)]-n, in polymerization with TaCl5/SnBu4. Polymerizability increases with increasing monomer triple bond accessibility for the catalyst. The photoluminescence yield of the polymers rises in the R2 order: 1-naphthyl < 2-naphthyl < 4-[(t-butyl)(diphenyl)-silyloxy]phenyl.
