Využití plemene suffolk v malochovu
Blažek, Matěj
In this bachelor thesis I dealt with the influences that affect the growth and the car-cass value of suffolk lambs in small farms. From domestic and foreign citations, the most important influence is nutrition, but also age, gender, litter or breed. Rams have a better nutrient conversion than ewes, single-rats have better growth and carcass values compared to twins or moths, ewes have better and fatter meat than rams or castrates, meat breeds have the best daily gains and have the best carcass value. Part of this work is the proposal of material and methodology for monitoring growth and carcass values, which I designed for use in a small farm at Mr. Sysala's farm, where we weighed the suffolk lambs in February 2019. I will continue this weighing I will pre-sent in my thesis.
Case study of the physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total knee replacement
Blažek, Michal ; Martínek, Milan (advisor) ; Sohrová, Jana (referee)
This thesis deals with problematics of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in a complex range. It is divided into two parts - the general one and the special one. The general part of the thesis targets on theoretical knowledge of the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, knee arthritis and TKA as the most performed method of therapeutic intervetion in advanced stages of knee arthritis. Secondly, the special part contains the case study of the physiotherapeutic treatment in patient after TKA. Non-invasive methods and approaches in a range of the knowledge of the bachelor's studies on the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, were used during the pshysiotherapeutic treatment. Improvement of the patient's clinical status in almost all sections was the result of the physiotherapeutic intervention.

The other floors are made up of large flats designed primarily for family housing with a posibillity of access to large terraces orientated to south. Load-bearing structure is made of precast frame construction. that lies on cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation footing connected by reinforced concrete thresholds in the spots of cladding. The cladding is made of clay blocks and insulated with boards that are made of mineral stone fibres according to ETICS. The ceiling is made up of hollow floor prestressed panels. Stairway is solved as precast. The bulding is covered by ventilated mono-pitched double layer roof with wooden wall plates and rafters.

Multifunctional House Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory
Blažek, Martin ; Procházka, Jiří (referee) ; Sobotka, Jindřich (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new multifunctional building on the plot in Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory. The building is planted in the shape of a substantially elongated rhomboid and is staggered into almost half-symmetrical halves. The height of these two parts is mutually displaced by one half of the floor so that the object better copes with the significant slope of the plot. The building has five above-ground floors. On the first floor there is a beerhouse with its facilities. The beerhouse goes on to the terrace. On the second to fifth floors are individual flats. The flats are designed primarily as 1 + kitchen and 2 + kitchen. On the second floor there are also apartments. Parking is done by a perpendicular stall around the adjacent road and the car park next to the building. The work contains drawing documentation for construction, thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solution, acoustic assessment and lighting assessment
Automation of processing and photometric data analysis for transiting exoplanets observed with ESO NIR instrument HAWK-I
Blažek, M. ; Kabáth, Petr ; Klocová, Tereza ; Skarka, Marek
Nowadays, when amount of data still increases, it is necessary to automatise their processing. State-of-the-art instruments are capable to produce even tens of thousands of images during a single night. One of them is HAWK-I that is a part of Very Large Telescope of European Southern Observatory. This instrument works in near-infrared band. In my Master thesis, I dealt with developing a pipeline to process data obtained by the instrument. It is written in Python programming language using commands of IRAF astronomical software and it is developed directly for “Fast Photometry Mode” of HAWK-I. In this mode, a large number of data has been obtained during secondary eclipses of exoplanets by their host star. The pipeline was tested by a data set from sorting of the images to making a light curve. The data of WASP-18 system contained almost 40 000 images observed by using a filter centered at 2.09 μm wavelength and there is a plan to process other data sets. A goal of processing of WASP-18 and the other data sets is consecutive analysis of exoplanetary atmospheres of the observed systems.
Lobbying - economic and legal aspects : attitudes of members of the law academia and members of the lower house of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to the regulation of lobbying
Blažek, Matej ; Hraba, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Bažantová, Ilona (referee)
Lobbying - Economic and Legal aspects Abstract The diploma thesis deals with lobbying and its economic and legal aspects. The aim of the thesis is to present lobbying from a broad perspective in the context of other regulations by using descriptive, comparative and analytical methods and to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of efforts to regulate lobbying in the Czech Republic. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the last governmental regulatory initiative where I am testing a hypothesis of whether the underway regulation is systemically correct in light of examples in other countries. I also conducted two surveys aimed at finding out the attitudes of members of the law academia and members of the lower house of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to the regulation of lobbying in the Czech Republic. The data serve both to (i) illustrate the interpretation of lobbying across the work, (ii) but also because of the specific proposed variant of lobbying within the framework of the approved substantive intent of the lobbying law (the deadline for submitting a paragraph to the government is set to end 2018), and (iii) I believe that they can be useful even when finalizing the bill, or other later proposed measures under the de lege ferenda considerations on lobbying. The thesis is...

Designed for 4 to 6 people. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of Porotherm ceramic fittings and insulated with polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above-mentioned floors are also made of Porotherm ceramic fittings with embedded thermal insulation. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The plot is mostly flat. The thesis contains the drawing and documentation in the form of the implementation project, the design includes also the thermal technical assessment, the fire safety solution, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.
