Design of grinding machines circular saw blades
Hynšt, Tomáš ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of semi-automatic grinder that can be used for carbide circular saw blade. The final outcome introduces a detailed draft of the semi-automatic grinder structure aimed at semi-professional use. Before creating the construction was made exploration of market for selecting suitable solution. During realization, the construction draft were used analytical calculating methods and modern methods as numerical simulations for determination deformation parts. The designed machine enables to sharpen angles a face and a back edge. Both a setting of saw tooth geometry and a grinding parameter are made manually. The automatic part consists of the tool and tooth movement.
Environment mapping
Juriga, Jakub ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with various possibilities and methods that are available for studying especially of underwater environment. After comparing of the various methods, it is focused mainly on sonars and echolots from their history through their artition by type / kind of broadcast signal, kind of ray and possibilities of the resulting image display, to the different methods of reading of the image and the ability to analyze it properly. In the next part thesis, the attention is dedicated to the application of these technologies in different detection systems, due to the correct understanding of the detection, the principle of operation of the input signal and the gradual transfer to the resulting image suitable for further processing are described. In the conclusion, the already used distinguishing methods are described and also their potential future use.
Design of lathe
Stránský, Miroslav ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of a turning machine. The first part of this thesis includes brief overview of turning machines and their main parts used nowadays. The second part includes the choice of basic technical parameters, necessary calculations and structural solution. 3D model of lathe made in SolidWorks 2012 Premium, assembly drawing and parts list are included.
Influence of Vehicle Conception on Vehicle Dynamics
Hamada, Filip ; Belák, Michal (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
Diploma thesis speaks about the influence of vehicle conception on vehicle dynamics, which means how a vehicle behaves in certain typical situations with respect to its driving axle. The first part of this diploma thesis describes the historical background of vehicles, as well as their conceptions and evolutions, with special focus on the conceptions used in the practical element of this work. The second part of this thesis covers the theoretical knowledge of vehicle dynamics and is arranged in a systematic order corresponding to the third section of this work. The third and final chapter then investigates various vehicle conceptions and their dynamics, by running several tests and measurements, in order to make a comparison. This comparison is the main purpose of this work, and from this we can then elucidate which conception, in a certain aspect, is practically more appropriate.
Perception of vehicle speed from the perspective of different driving experience
Budinová, Nela ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
Presented diploma thesis deals with the perception of vehicle speed from the different driving experiences point of view. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, the theoretical part is about motor vehicle construction, driving experiences, and further about the influence of gender on driving and sensory and emotional perception of humans. The second part is dedicated to practical measurement, where vehicle speeds were estimated during driving tests. During this measurement, the test circuit was passed two times in each vehicle. First run was dedicated to full concentration on a drive. In the second run, the respondents were distracted by sudoku solving. Subsequent evaluation of the obtained data is being executed from different points of view – speed category, men vs women, and roads category.
Influence of fuel additives for passenger cars
Obytová, Eliška ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the addition of automotive fuels and their effects. The aim was to evaluate the function and efficiency of fuel additives present in the fuel at gas stations, and subsequently to improve the fuels accordingly by adding additional individual chemical compounds. The theoretical part explains the concepts, functions and processes related to fuel additives and the basics of tribotechnology. The practical part deals with the process of testing the properties of fuels, their functions, additional additives and its impact for practical use.
Design of small CNC milling machine
Jagoš, Roman ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with design of small CNC milling machines and comparing CNC tabletop milling machines in the world market. It is also done design of small CNC milling machine through the use of contemporary and modern trends, used in design of machine tools.
Design of small CNC turning machine
Podloucký, Milan ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is construction a small CNC lathe ideal for small series of mostly minor workpieces or for learning needs. In the first part of the work is carried out general literature search containing turning technology, tools for turning and the allocation of turning machines. There is also retrieval of small lathes located not only in our market. Based on research are selected technical parameters of the machine and carried out construction calculations. Also included is a 3D model of the entire assembly and assembly drawings of machine nodes.
Device for towing vehicles in crash tests
Šmalec, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on device for towing vehicles in crash tests. Deals, what the crash test is and clarify some independent organisation for occupant safety. Next is solved the problem of propulsion system for devices and tell us the propulsion systems used in the vehicle research centers. At the end of thesis concept of device for towing two vehicles against each other is designed.
Small drilling rig for drilling wells
Volec, Martin ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the structural design small drilling rigs for drilling wells. Drilling rig will be used for drilling wells up to 200 mm diameter rotary drilling technology with irrigation water. The first part is a literature search of small drilling rigs. In the second part, then custom design a small drilling rig.
