- 1 - Property structure of SICAV from the perspective of corporate law Abstract This thesis focuses on selected property aspects of a joint stock company with variable capital (SICAV), which are analysed from the perspective of corporate law. Specifically, the thesis deals with the institutes of the assets and liabilities (jmění) and capital of a SICAV. A SICAV is a special type (subtype) of joint stock company which can only act as an investment fund. Its regulation can therefore be found in the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act (zákon o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech). It does not, however, lose the characteristics of a "regular" joint stock company; therefore, the Business Corporations Act (zákon o obchodních korporacích) and, where applicable, the Civil Code (občanský zákoník) apply in cases where Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act does not provide otherwise. This two-tiered subsidiarity of the SICAV legal regime gives rise to some interpretative ambiguities, which are discussed in the thesis. Usage of non-stretch and elastic adhesive tapes in physiotherapy

Jakub Jeníček Opponent of the thesis: Name of the thesis: Usage of rigid and elastic tejps in physiotherapy Abstrakt bakalářské práce: This research thesis is focused on usage of rigid and elastic tapes in physiotherapy. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes particular methods of application of these tapes so-called taping and kinesiotaping. There are different thoughts and opinions of Czech and foreign authors on each one of the taping methods. In the practical part, there are two interviews with Bc. Clara Marie Helena Lewitt and PhDr. Ingrid Palaščáková Špringrová, Ph.D. which both considerably contributed to the development of taping in Czech Republic. The conclusion contains brief manual to be used by physiotherapist, doctors, massage therapist and other non medical professions. The manual describes six possible ways of application with rigid or elastic tapes in hallux valgus diagnosis and contains exact photo documentation of each step of the procedures. Psychosomatic in vertebrogenic disease

Title: Psychosomatic in vertebrogenic disease Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to determine common features of vertebrogenic disease in conection with psychosomatics using literary research, and to describe the treatement options for this disease used in literal sources. The first searched common feature is the most common localization of pain. Other searched common feature is the prevalence of gender and age. The last searched common feature is treatement option for psychosomatic vertebrogenic disease according to specialised literature. Methods: This master thesis is designed in a form of literary research. All studies and articles presented in this thesis were searched according to the following criteria: search in Czech or English language, search in electronic databases of Bibliographia Medica Čechoslovaca (BMČ), Medline (OIVID), PubMed and Google Scholar.
