Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company MIDUR, s.r.o. during the three years between 2005 and 2007. The results are taken from the company's financial statements for the period under consideration. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then secondly we introduce information about the firm and its Neighbourhood in the form of basic factual information, and provide a SWOT analysis, a Porter's model and a 4P marketing mix analysis.In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company and then most importantly in the final part there are proposals to help improve the financial position of the company on the basis of the information provided.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of evaluating the performance of a selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first part of the thesis contains the goals, methodology, and theoretical basis for the issues. The next part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company, strategic and financial analysis. In the final part, based on the outputs of the analyzes, a proposal for the implementation of the BSC model is prepared in order to increase the performance of the company.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.

The present dissertation is the design of a company's business plan, with a view to the construction of an automobile paint shop, with all the important factors such as economic and non-economic factors, and legislative changes in the branch taken into consideration. Last but not least, the economic standing of the company is also evaluated. The project is simultaneously assessed from the viewpoint of potential implementation of the proposed solution.

This thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company Refrasil, LLC throughout the years 2008 to 2012 and to submit proposals to streamline its financial management in the coming years. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis explains what it is a financial analysis and what it does. The practical part is analyzed in detail what factors influenced the company surrounding both from a macroeconomic and a microeconomic perspective. Another section focuses on the practical knowledge obtained from the financial statements of the company. In the last part of the thesis are listed strengths and weaknesses of company and suggestions to improve the situation.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

The diploma thesis is by its nature focused on evaluation of company performance. Analysed company Navláčil stavební firma, s.r.o. is regional provider of construction services. This company is analysed in two different aspects in the diploma thesis. Analysis is focused on market position and performance within specific economic activities per CZ-NACE - F-4120 at first. Second analysis focuses on evaluation and competitive benchmarking. Its target is to determine week spots and propose solutions that should improve these weak spots and the whole company performance.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the company’s financial situation and then proposals for it’s improvement. Bachelor’s thesis will be based on financial statements in the years 2016-2020 and it is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I will be explaining the basic concepts of financial analysis, which I will then use in the practical part for specific calculations according to real company data. At the end of the thesis I will describe my proposals to improve the financial situation in the company.
