Vplyv vonkajších faktorov na produkciu sekundárnych metabolitov u rodu konope

This bachalor work was focused on external factors and their effect on plants secondary metabolic products. Theoretical section is dedicated on morphological and botanical charakteristic and history of cannabis plant. In section is also information from medical and research field from effect area of cannabis. Work discuss the most important secondary metabolites, their signal pathways, centres and meaning for plants and humankind. Practical section is dedicated on external effect of nutrients and environment on final product. The aim of this experiment was compare effect of anorganic fertilizers vs organic fertilizers. The biggest yield of flowers were from nutient group with weight 17.87 grams. The biggest CBD concentration was in organic group with 11.3 % and the biggest THC concetration was in control group 0.446 %. We could observe differences between groups in height, field or metabolites concetration but it wasn´t statistically conclusiv

Luděk Pik: political profile of eminent mayor of Pilsen

The aim of the thesis: to capture the life of the Czech social democratic politician and former mayor of Pilsen, Luděk Pik, with a specific focus on his political activities in the city. This thesis also aims to understand and clarify Pik's relation to Pilsen and the relevance to his life, as well as his essential role in the history of this West Bohemian metropolis. Luděk Pik (18. 5. 1876 Prague - 19. 4. 1948 Pilsen) lived in Pilsen for almost five decades of his life (1901-1948), except the period during the Nazi occupation (1939- 1945). Since 1901 he worked in Pilsen for the Czechoslavonic Social Democratic Workers Party, where he quickly became the local party elite. At the end of the World War I he participated in the establishment of an independent Czechoslovak state. In 1919-1938 he served continuously as mayor of the city of Pilsen and significantly contributed to its modernization and development. He also sat in Cisleithanian and Czechoslovakian legislatures. After the Munich Treaty he was forced to stand down from his political status and was persecuted during the Nazi occupation. The post-war situation prevented his return to a public life. Analýza kryptoměn jako finančních instrumentů

This paper analyzes cryptocurrencies as financial instruments. Firstly, we introduced the main features of cryptocurrencies and summarized the brief history. We found out that price of the most famous cryptocurrency Bitcoin follows the hypothesis of efficient markets and it immediately react on publicly announce information. Furthermore, Bitcoin can be seen as standard economic good that is priced by interaction of supply and demand on the market. These factors can be driven by macro financial development or by speculative investors, but there weren't found any significant impact of these factors on price of Bitcoin. CAPM shows the high risk of cryptocurrencies, but it could be still good instrument for diversification.

Economics of prohibition: An example of the Czech Republic in 2012

This paper presents an example of economics of prohibition in Liberec region in 2012. First, a model is built for consumption of beer in restaurants and for sale of beer in the supermarket as well. Using econometric analysis is shown that there decreased consumption of beer in restaurants and on the other hand, there increased sales of beer in supermarket during period of prohibition. Consumption and sale of beer is influenced days of the week, when the highest consumption is on Friday and on Saturday in the restaurants and sales of beer on Saturday in the supermarket. There decreased amount of crimes under the influence of alcohol during the period of alcohol prohibition and on the other hand increased amount of crimes under the influence of toxic substances compared to the same period in the previous year.
