Operation measurement optimization
Barták, Pavel ; Doňarová, Jana (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This diploma work is aimed to measuring process, by measuring laboratory, during serial productions in international company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. Jihlava producer of common rail. Target of this diploma work is cross-check of evaluated dimensions, reengineering of incomming parts flow from production to measuring laboratory, measuring process, evaluation of results and pass results back to production. This will speedup all process and minimalist risk of production not O.K. products because of latest results from measuring laboratory. Is done analysis of present situation and base on it proposed different variants of solutions for reengineering of measuring laboratory.
Functional failures dependance to measuring system of assembly lines DRV 2.
Barták, Pavel ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is focused on assembly of pressure regulation valve (DRV) which is part of injection system Common Rail produced in company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. The purpose of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of assembly process effects, components for failures when functionally checked and suggestion of solution to minimize them. After practical part there was focused on assembly process to get necessary data. On the base of these data direction of analysis was followed, as the measurement of claimed components in Bosch Diesel laboratories. After the evaluation the countermeasures were proposed which some of them were implemented in production and subsequently analysed.
Analytical Derivatization for Identification of Electrochemical Oxidation Products of Fentanyls
Barták, P. ; Skopalová, J. ; Jerga, R. ; Štolbová, D. ; Navrátil, Tomáš ; Langmaier, Jan
Analytical derivatization and GC-MS analysis were employed for the identification of main\nproducts from the electrochemical oxidation of fentanyl derivatives. Chemical derivatization\nprovides proof of the chemical reactivity of functional groups in oxidation products and serves\nfor the chemical conversion of target compounds into the second series of derivatives to confirm\nthe identification of particular products. Using the direct GC-MS analysis of oxidation products,\nderivatization of aldehydes with cysteamine and derivatization of amides by acidic hydrolysis\nand subsequent reaction with ethylchloroformiate, phenylacetaldehyde, and Nphenylpropanamide\nwere unambigously identified as oxidation products from fentanyl,\nthiophen-2-ylacetaldehyde, and N-phenylpropanamide from sufentanil, and\nphenylacetaldehyde and 2-furanilid from furanylfentanyl.
Influence of foreign private actors on political decision-making in the Czech Republic: case study of Japanese and German economic actors
Barták, Petr ; Parízek, Michal (advisor) ; Kučerová, Irah (referee)
Influence of non-state transnational actors on decision-making of sovereign states is one of the most important topics in the international relations discipline. Some academic approaches consider this influence as quite important. Others perceive it as only secondary. Economic actors are a specific case because they on one hand bring know-how, employment and economic growth. On the other hand, they decrease sovereignty of the host states. This thesis tries to uncover influence of the two strongest non-state transnational economic actors in the Czech Republic - German and Japanese Chambers of Commerce. The topic of lobbying of these actors in the case of lack of labor force in the Czech Republic was chosen because of its good empirics. The text also aims to test assumptions according to which bargaining power of such actors is influenced by geographical distance between the host state and home country of the transnational actor. This thesis also wants to address the general topic of influence of the transnational actors on states in the international relations, based on the findings of this case study.

Analysis of European Union's expectations of TTIP
Barták, Petr ; Bernkopfová, Michala (advisor) ; Weiss, Tomáš (referee)
Bachelor thesis Analysis of expectation of the EU from TTIP is an overview analysis. This text covers four main areas regarding TTIP. Those topics are engineering industry, automotive industry, public procurements and agriculture. The analysis covers expectations of the European Union, partly of the Czech Republic and touches expectations of the United States of America a little bit. The author used only official document of the governmental institutions and scientific documents as resources. Any scientific documents and official papers issued before 8th of November 2016 were not used. The reason behind that are American presidential elections. Those elections shifted expectations from the TTIP. Unofficial and non-professional texts were not used at all. The analysis follows topics from several points of view. Those perspectives are social sphere, tariff measures, non-tariff issues, possible gains, and controversial topics. Requirements regarding the customer's safety are included as well. Possible changes in regulations are also analyzed. The text is interspersed with figures that support numerical data.
Modern Trends in Sample Preparation of Biological Material for Analysis of Selected Biologically Active Compounds
Sadílek, Petr ; Solich, Petr (advisor) ; Nobilis, Milan (referee) ; Barták, Petr (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Petr Sadílek, M.Sc. Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Petr Solich, CSc. Co-supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Dalibor Šatínský, Ph.D. Title of Doctoral Thesis: Modern Trends in Sample Preparation of Biological Material for Analysis of Selected Biologically Active Compounds This doctoral thesis deals with the determination of selected drugs, their metabolites and other biologically active substances in biological materials. This area of instrumental analysis turns out to be very attractive recently. The reason for this is the need to monitor and optimise treatment and the goal is to achieve the most effective therapy with minimum side effects of drugs for every individual; there are also toxicological reasons. The thesis concentrates on the entire analytical phase of laboratory screening, i.e. not just on development and validation of chromatographical methods of analysis, but also (and especially) on preparation of biological samples prior to the actual analysis. This phase is crucial for analytes assessment, since it determines not only correct results of the laboratory examination, but also influences the lifespan of laboratory equipment, especially chromatographic columns. These days mostly traditional...
Phospholipid Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode and its Application for Determination of Pesticides
Švecová, H. ; Sokolová, Romana ; Součková, J. ; Skopalová, J. ; Barták, P.
In this article we described glassy carbon electrode modified with Asolectin (mixture of phosholipids). Properties of phospholipid layer, such as its thickness or solidity, were investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The modified electrode was applied for square wave voltammetry (SWV) measurements to study interactions of pesticide paraquat with phospholipid layer and to detect paraquat selectively in real samples of river water.
