Emotional Personality Characteristics and their Impact on the chosen Aspects of Communication in Organization

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether the emotional characteristics of a personality influence some chosen aspects of a communication in a specific organization. The emotional characteristics in the research are represented by an emotional intelligence. The studying of the emotional intelligence is based on its key components- sociability and emotional stability. The status of the communication is determined in terms of its content and relationship aspects. The research aims to monitor the presence of the individual components of the emotional intelligence at a selected workplace as well as the perceived quality of each component of communication; these facts are summarized and evaluated. Subsequently, relations between the components are evaluated. The necessary data for my research is obtained through a questionnaire survey in an organization X. The selection of the psychological methodologies (questionnaires) which is used to create a questionnaire, is described in the methodological procedure. The conclusion of this thesis includes summarized results, the most important findings as well as the recommendations for the organization X in which the research is carried out.

Communications Intercultural Aspect in Working Environment of a chosen Firm

The thesis covers cultural differences among employees of a multi-national corporation in relation to communication and task execution. Thesis aims to construct a theoretical framework to map these cultural differences and apply gathered insights in practical research targeting the effect of cultural differences on communication and task execution. Research questionnaire replicates Hofstede's work and also builds on practical application of Hofstede's work by several authors. Research data were gathered via digital questionnaire. Data refinement and evaluation was conducted using frequency description and statistical methods of structure comparison. The thesis provides a set of practical recommendations as a result. These are aimed to help reduce or possibly eliminate negative effects of cultural differences in the workplace.

Financial Analysis of DK Open, Ltd

The subject of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company with using standard methods. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge which relates to the issue of financial analysis. In the practical part are applied some methods of financial analysis, namely DK Open Company, Ltd. In conclusion, results of the financial analysis of the company are compar with average values in the industry. The following is a summary of indicators and evaluation of collected data.
