Education and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens

The thesis deals with the topic "Training and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens". The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the educational needs of teaching staff in kindergartens in the context of their further education and to propose a concept of further education of teaching staff of the organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and describes the system education, forms and methods of educational development of the staff of the selected organization. The thesis describes the importance of lifelong learning in the framework of continuing education of teaching staff, then the concept of who is a teaching staff, what is education and learning, human resources and their management. The thesis introduces formal, non- formal and informal adult education. It describes, among other things, the legislative framework for continuing education of teaching staff. The practical part follows the theoretical part and the research investigation is based on it, for which the form of an anonymous questionnaire was used. Preparation for the competition for the position of kindergarten principal

This bachelor's thesis is about the preparation of candidates for open competition for the position of kindergarten principal, especially the creating of concept of the development of the selected school. The theoretical part defines the definition of principal of the school as the statutory representative of the organization. It also describes what kind of principal he should be in order to successfully lead the school, its managerial functions and the overall competency model in the performance of its functions. Thesis defines a definition of the term management and manager as a leader in education. Following chapter explains the conditions under which the director is nominated to the position and what requirements the candidate for the position of manager must meet. The thesis describes the creation of competitive proceedings and its legislative framework, when and under what conditions it can take place. This work highlights the creation of a concept for the development of the organization of consolidated individual kindergartens and describes the definition of the vision of the organization. Diseases related to work occurring to employees performing administrative and support activities are meant primarily vertebrogenic problems, visual difficulties in the sense of visual tiredness and some chosen psychosomatic symptoms. Those diseases belong between professional diseases in the professional sense, but not in the legal sense such as occupational diseases. This thesis has two objectives. The first objective was to map the occurrence of diseases related to work among the employees performing administrative and support activities. The second objective was to find out habits, which may affect the origin of these work-related diseases.

Impact analysis in population in the South Bohemia and failure of critical infrastructure element - water management

Sufficient quantity of good quality of drinking water is essential for human society. The existence of life, including life of man is conditioned by water. Water has a large impact on quality of life that we lead. In our conditions it is commonplace that we have unlimited access to drinking water which is provided through the public water supply system. Quality of drinking water in the Czech Republic is strictly monitored and the water from public water supply system has required quality and wholesomeness. The role of society is to ensure that this state will continue in the future. For this reason, water management became a part of critical infrastructure. The main purpose of this thesis is to map the impacts of drinking water supply system interruptions to the population of South Bohemia. This thesis was based on quantitative research and applied the method of secondary analysis of document.
