The analysis marketing activities of the e-shops in selected segment

The content of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing activities of the e-shops in selected segment, specifically the Internet marketing. The thesis defines basic concepts like marketing, Internet marketing and describes the tools of Internet marketing. The practical part is focused on the analysis of e-shops which were selected as a potential competition for a new subject considering entering the market. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the use of Internet marketing tools by potential competition and on the basis of the results make suggestions and recommendations for the effective use of Internet marketing to a new subject considering entering the market. The basic concepts are defined at the beginning of the thesis; the tools of Internet marketing are defined in the next chapter. The first part of the practical part describes e-shops which were selected as potential competitors. The second part of the practical part analyses the use of Internet marketing tools by competing e-shops. Suggestions and recommendations for the subject considering entering the market are made in the last part of the practical part. The ending summarizes the results of the analysis and evaluates if the objective of the thesis was achieved. The main contribution of this thesis should be the analysis of potential competition and on the basis of the results making suggestions and recommendations for the effective use of Internet marketing tools to the new online shop.
SEO analysis of the selected site

The bachelor thesis is dealing with problematic of website optimization for search engines. The result of the thesis is a creation of a control list that includes SEO factors that would be possible to use for controlling optimization of a smaller websites that are utilised for presentation purposes of tradesmen and small enterprises or alternatively, proceed accordingly to that when optimizing. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, theoretical part includes first to third chapters and practical fourth and fifth. First chapter is dealing with SEO characteristics based on multiple opinion routings, describes division of SEO techniques into ethical and unethical, comments overall significance and addition of SEO, deals with its history and describes its relationship with online marketing. Second chapter is focused on present state of SEO, deals with relevant trends of website development and describes their mutual influence with algorithms of search engines, mostly Google search engine and sketches a prognosis of future direction of SEO. Third chapter adds information about web searching, specifically discusses characteristics and division of various types of search engines, describes what factors influences indexing ability of web sites and focuses in detail on Google search engine, characterises it and explains its underlying principles. First chapter of practical part of the thesis -- fourth, directly deals with creation of controlling list that serves for SEO optimisation of web sites. Describes reasons and a mode, by which was this list compelled and explains and advocates enlistment of its specific parts -- SEO factors. Further on, deals with division, quality and weights of specific factors. Fifth chapter deals with practical application of a control list on a specific example of a selected web site. Includes a description of a selected web site and results of an analysis conducted on it. Explains inclusion of selected SEO factors into a revitalisation of a web site and rates their success. Conclusion of work is related to assessment of overall value addition of a control list, of which significance and effectivity is supported by included practical findings.

This bachelor thesis describes the search engine optimization. In the theoretical part it describes selected areas of SEO issues. The practical part is based on the analysis of the selected web website. It reveals faults in optimization and recommends suggestions for improvement. Some suggestions are implemented. Contribution of this thesis is the improvement of the optimization of the selected website.

The bachelor thesis deals with social media and their influence on recruitment. The study describes the field of human resources, especially recruitment process. In another part of study are defined the basic social media and analyzed the ways of their use in the recruitment process. The aim of this study to characterize the selected media and assess whether they can become a major tool for recruitment.
The Use of Cloud Computing in Supply Chain Management

In the thesis, the author wanted to research the topic of implementation of cloud-based solutions in the area of Supply Chain Management. The first part is devoted to theoretical background of Cloud Computing -- different types of solutions are suitable for various kinds of business activity, and Supply Chain Management. In the second part, the author focused on an analysis of a company - FN Granum and searched for a Cloud Computing solution, which would be the best for it, taking into account current situation and future plans of the entity. Such extensive research resulted in a set of conclusions and recommendations, which may be helpful for any manager considering an implementation of cloud-based solutions into their supply chains.
Solution Delivery Preocess using BMC Remedy products

The goal of this thesis is creation of methodology for repeatable transformation of customer business needs and goals resulting from company IT strategy to system functionality and process implementation in Business/IT Service Management projects using BMC Atrium and Remedy products. This methodology will be based on existing project management methodologies PRINCE2 and SCRUM. In the thesis I also refer to parts of ITIL v3 process framework. The aim of the thesis is to provide a project delivery framework for IT Consultancy organizations. The framework will foster efficient planning, tracking and communication of requirements and deliverables between IT Consultancy and their customer during entire project lifecycle and will therefore enable repeatable and consistent high quality delivery of customer success.
Security and management of mobile devices in the enterprise IT

The diploma thesis deals with the management and security of mobile devices in the enterprise IT. The aim of the work is to familiarize the reader with the issue of enterprise mobility. As enterprise mobility covers a vast area and an important aspect of greatly efficient and secure use of any company's mobile devices is their mobile strategy, the work focuses on the process of creating a mobile security strategy and providing guidelines for its successful implementation. The integration of smart phones into a corporate infrastructure is a complex act. It is necessary to take into account the many safety demands and requirements for interoperability. The issue of mobile enterprise device management and security is very broad. Another part of the work describes various mobile platforms in terms of their suitability for use in the enterprise IT. Operating systems are analyzed in detail from several different points of view. The work provides insight into the market of operating systems and explains the basic security threats to which these systems are exposed and recommends ways of protection against unwanted effects. The final part of the thesis deals with design solutions management and security of mobile devices in the company. On the basis of the requirements set suggests a solution that encompasses deployment of Mobile Device Management device management and security proposes rules for the extension of security policy on mobile device management.
Gamification and social games

This thesis is focused on gamification and practical testing in internal training of new-hired employees. The main objective was to introduce gamification as a term and show how gamification can help with internal training of new-hired employees. In the theoretical part games and their meanings are defined. Then it is necessary to describe gamification itself with historical evolution and used player types. To understand principles of gamification and player's motivation, game elements and mechanism are defined. Selected examples of gamification divided by fields of applications are at the end of the theoretical part. Practical part describes the gamification environment of tool New Hire Orientation made by MindTickle and practical application of testing at H1.cz. Conclusion contains results and suggested recommendations for H1.cz and for MindTickle.
Monetization of big-budget video game titles

The master thesis deals with the monetization of big-budget video game titles. For this purpose the attention is paid to the three basic areas, namely business models, specific video game marketing and piracy. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes and describes these aspects and looks for their strengths and weaknesses. It creates a possible ways to monetize the big-budget video game titles as well as the theoretical framework which is necessary for the research. In our research the attention is paid to the results of the questionnaire investigation, which is focused on gamers opinions about the aspects of monetization described in theoretical part. Thanks to the research and theoretical part of the thesis the optimal way of the monetization of the big-budget video game title was created
Social networks in terms of HR

The thesis is focused on social networks and their influence on HR in organizations during the process of choosing new employees. The thesis is divided in two parts: Theoretical part contains history of the social networks and explanation of related theories, description of labour market and analysis of job boards and social networks in relation to HR. Practical part (research) is focused on analysis of interviews, answer sheets etc. The aim is to research, if the social networks could replace job boards as jobs.cz, prace.cz etc. Next aim of the thesis is to compare the form - how the companies offer new/vacant jobs on internet. Another focus is to discover how the HR specialists evaluate the use of social networks to help the recruitment of new employees and what their experience with this way of recruiting is.
