Assessing process excellence with digitalization

The aim of the master thesis is to emphasize the importance of process alignment in The Fourth Industrial Revolution. By mapping of current descriptive maturity models and their application within digitalization, the thesis offers a new process maturity model for the phenomenon referred to as Industry 4.0 (i4.0). The model is based on the theoretical form of previous models, as well as on implementation of newly introduced trends. The contribution of the thesis rests upon the specific solution. The suggested Process Improvement Scheme presents applicable way for improvement of digital process preparedness in project-oriented service organizations and determines main value factors which lead to higher quality of employee processes. In the same time, the master thesis suggest a new utilization of i4.0 principles focused predominantly on manufacturing processes, and therefore includes areas which will need to be addressed in the near future for smooth process transition into i4.0 era.
The communication in the international student organisation

The aim of the bachelor thesis ,,The communication in the international student organisation" is the adaptation process analysis of the new members of Prague Local Committee, based on the Local Training Conference Let's Prague. The theoretical part is dedicated to understanding of the process of communication in the work environment, the adaptation, the importance of the psychological contract and the commitment of the employees. In the end of this part is mentioned the problematic of non-profit organisations. In the practical part is described the organisation AIESEC, its structure, culture, communication and the meaning of the conferences as the part of the additional education of the members. Based on the output of several semi-structured interviews was composed a questionnaire, whereby the results has been interpreted in terms of successful adaptation of the new members. With the help of internal documents and with the analysis of the adaptation tools are in the practical part offered suggestions for the Prague Local Committee, how to increase the effectiveness of introducing the organisation and its task to the new members.
