Electrical system designs of the hotel complex with wellness
Veselý, Vít ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the technical solution - the distribution of the electrical network of the hotel with wellness. The theoretical part of the thesis presents an analysis of the basic elements used for the design of substations and busbars and introduces the basic computational apparatus for sizing transformers and lines. The practical part presents the various technical solutions for the design of the electrical network of the site, specifically addressing the design of low voltage (LV) cable lines for two variants providing 100 % backup of the electrical supply to the site and two other variants providing 50 % backup. In addition to the technical design of the individual options, the work also presents for each option their detailed financial budgets, including their overall economic comparison.
Design of foxtrot system installation for building control
Veselý, Matěj ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the development of project documentation in the DPS stage of a residential unit undergoing reconstruction. The project envisages that the housing unit will be designed for intelligent wiring. The intelligent wiring will be fitted with Foxtrot elements from Teco. The intelligent wiring control program has been developed in the software superstructure iCOOL4 from ICT expert. A visualisation of the intelligent wiring system was subsequently created in the software.
Monitoring the electricity consumption of the building
Franěk, Vít ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Janík, Daniel (advisor)
The thesis deals with the issue of metering devices in buildings that provide instant and cumulative information for electricity providers and consumers. This information is provided by individual metering devices in order to reduce costs and optimize energy consumption. The thesis presents a theoretical analysis of the metering devices and their subsequent practical use for metering and evaluation of the results with recommendations for consumers.
Design of technical measures in LV distribution network with a high value of short-circuit currents
Šmehlík, Daniel ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses the sizing and the possibility of reducing large short circuit ratios. For a specific scheme of an industrial building, which will be fed from three transformers, the sizing will be done by means of the SICHR program. The specific objective of the technical solution is to be able to use modular circuit breakers with a ripping capability of short-circuit currents up to 10 kA in the terminal switchboards. Another objective of the work is to perform an economic evaluation of the proposed solution, or to optimize the design from the point of view of the economic aspect in meeting the technical requirements.
Upgrade of the laboratory task of Foxtrot system installation
Macíček, František ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Janík, Daniel (advisor)
The bachelor work deals with the Teco Foxtrot system and its use in the laboratory task of the subject Design of power and data distribution. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the elements of the Teco Foxtrot system, which will be part of the practical part. The practical part deals with the design and implementation of laboratory instructions.
Upgrade of the laboratory task of KNX system installation
Hrubeš, Zbyněk ; Müller, Richard (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with both the theoretical analysis of the KNX bus system, but it is also practically focused on working with KNX products and their programming. In the introductory theoretical part are described the KNX bus system itself, its characteristic properties, functional principle, topological arrangement, possibilities of using communication media and the advantages that brings, in comparison with classic installations in houses and buildings. The next section deals with the description of ETS software for design, planning, programming, and commissioning of KNX installations. Furthermore, the assessment of the possibilities of visualizations for the control of the KNX system, the use of visualization tools designed for this and their subsequent implementation in the laboratory task are discussed. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of laboratory tasks and their programming using EST6 software using jigs with KNX devices from the company HDL Automation, which were made during the semester work. The output of the bachelor's thesis will be laboratory instructions for teaching and a understanding of working with the KNX system.
Detail design of power and data wiring of a new family house
Zejda, Pavel ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the requirements for wiring of a family house, description of low-current systems. What are the risks of a lightning strike to the building or its surroundings. Systems for external and internal lightning protection, surge protection are described. In the last chapter, the actual design of the electrical installation and the economic assessment of the use of the system installation is presented.
Detail design documentation for the electrical installation Loxone of a passive house with PV system
Bolf, Marek ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of high-current and low-current electrical wiring in a house, with emphasis on their connection to the intelligent control system Loxone. The thesis describes the house, the principle of designing lightning protection, the way of cabling, the options to control individual technologies by the Loxone system and the description of proprietary Loxone protocols and protocols through which Loxone system can communicate with other devices. In the practical part was prepared drawing documentation for the lightning conductor, cable routes, detailed connection of Loxone buses and components and high-current and low-current switchboard. Furthermore, the technical report and the budget of the electrical installation were prepared.
Design of Loxone system installation control for a house with PV plant
Kořínek, Tomáš ; Vrána, Michal (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with a management proposal of Loxone system installation for a family house with a photovoltaic power plant. The first part of thesis deals with the characteristics of the Loxone system and its individual devices. The second part is already focused on the design of the algorithm and the implementation of the lighting, shading, heating and indoor environment of the building control in the Loxone Config program.
Modern building management systems
Skoupý, Ondřej ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
Abstract This bachelor thesis deals the current smart technologies and problems of smart homes. The main aim of this thesis is objective research, comparison of the systems for smart home control and companies, which provides them on the czech market. Selected systems functions are subsequently compared based on purchased costs. The conclusions from this work are used for the economical and technical evaluation of the most benefical smart system for a choosen model of exemplary house.
