This bachelor thesis aims to design a reconstruction of the track section Olomouc - Šumperk km 25,7 - 28,652. Part of the thesis is a renewal of railway superstructure and substructure that are must meet the requirements according to current standards and regulations, establishments of drainage, technological workflow proposal and bill of quantities. The Bachelor thesis is also devoted to geometric parameters of the track.

he aim of the diploma thesis was to design the reconstruction of the railway station. Opatov including the adjacent parts of the intermediate sections. In the design it is necessary to remove the speed limitation of the station and to achieve the continuous speed of 160 km/h at least for the V150 and Vk speed profiles. Other objectives are the extension of the tracks in the station for trains 740 m long, the installation of platforms allowing barrier-free access and the replacement of the level crossing at km 234.997 with an out-of-level crossing. The work includes the restoration of the railway superstructure and substructure according to the applicable standards and regulations, its drainage and a bill of quantities.

Diploma thesis focuses on communication and human resource management in construction companies. The aim of this thesis a proposal communication standards to ensure the integration of new employees into the organization, clarify the business strategy, providing information about the main objectives and financial performance of the company and performance management. This thesis focuses on businesses that specialize in civil engineering. To achieve the objektive the author used to questionnaire survey in five companies (n = 104), semi-structured interviews with company employees Galur, Ltd. (n = 17) and interviews with employers selected five companies (n = 5) for the comparison of the results. Overall, the results achieved, it was concluded that current employees have built a strong corporate culture and are at an advanced age and there is hardly newcomers adapt employees.The results of this thesis were formulated into proposals to create adaptation plan for securing new employees in the company and Deník parťáka, for better provision of information, management employees in the company.

Živný, D. Implementation construction of gas pump for company Galur, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno. Mendel University in Brno, 2014. This Bachelor thesis deals with selection of suppliers on construction of internal gas pump for company Galur, s. r. o. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first part are summarized the most important theoretical insights which are related to the practical part. In the second part is performed an analysis of the environment of the firm, established criteria and applied methods, which are mentioned in theoretical part. The aim of thesis is focused on the selection system of suppliers of the technology for the construction of gas pump.
