Analýza vlivu lokace kláštera na současnou míru religiozity na Moravě

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the monastery on the religiosity of the town. Its main goal is to find out, whether the monastery location shows on the increased rate of believers in given town. The main criteria of the influence evaluation are the condition of the monastery and the size of the town. In the first chapter, the main goals and stated hypotheses are described. In the second chapter, the basic literature and theoretical approaches to religious studies are stated. The third chapter deals with the work methodology and used methods. Moreover, the criteria are explained, on which was chosen the set of monasteries. The development of the religiosity in Moravia and the important milestones of the Roman-catholic church are described in the fourth chapter. The core of the thesis creates the fifth chapter, where the influence of particular monasteries is analysed. The most important findings of the analysis are summarized in the synthesis. The concluding chapter focuses on the reflexion on the stated hypotheses.

1 Abstract Extraordinary Renditions and Human Rights Ing. Petr Švepeš The topic of this thesis is Extraordinary Rendition as the phenomenon of contemporary counter- terrorism strategies and its critical reflection in light of International Human Rights Law. Extraordinary Rendition represents a controversial method of obtaining intelligence information about terrorist activities carried out worldwide by the CIA. This method is based on the identification of terrorist suspects who might know valuable intelligence, followed by their tracing and subsequent kidnapping with direct assistance or connivance of the state in whose territory that person is located. Kidnapped persons are secretly transported by private jets via the "global spider's web" to a selected country which practices advanced interrogation techniques using various methods of torture. In this country the persons are incommunicado imprisoned and interrogated by local authorities. Extracted intelligence information is then passed on to the CIA and the suspects in this country are either criminally charged and indicted, further imprisoned without formal charges or simply "disappear." Criminal Responsibility of Legal Entities

The thesis deals with the legal institution of the criminal responsibility of legal entities and a feasibility of its implementation in the Czech law. The main objective of the thesis is to find an answer to the question if the implementation of the institution is neccessary in the Czech republic and eventually in which form and parameters. The first part of the paper describes the current state of legal regulation in the Czech republic and contains a comparative analysis of legal regulation in France, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Slovakia, Great Britain and United States. In the end of the theoretical part the paper discusses relevant liabilities of the Czech republic arising from international treaties and european law. In the second part the paper focuses on scolarly debate on the possible implementation, its advantages and disadvantages. The core of the paper lies in the critical reflection of existing drafts of the law on criminal responsibility of legal entities and author's own speculation about a possible legal regulation in the Czech republic
Trvale udržitelný rozvoj, jeho charakteristika a význam

Práce se zabývá charakteristikou trvale udržitelného rozvoje z hlediska jeho vývoje od Stockholmské konference do současnosti. Obsahuje zhodnocení významu mezinárodních konferencí o TUR, zejména UNCED a WSSD. Dále jsou uvedeny některé příklady aplikace principů TUR na veřejné a podnikové úrovni (EIA, LCA, ekolabeling,..). Poslední kapitola pojednává o aplikaci TUR v České republice a hodnotí Strategii trvale udržitelného rozvoje ČR.
