Design of stand for magnetic seal testing
Švec, Jaroslav ; Kubík, Michal (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design and construction of mounting board of stand for magnetic seal testing and with control of mounted asynchronous motor using inverter. In this thesis was done analysis of ways of controlling three-phase asynchronous motor with inverter, analysis of sensors for measuring testing conditions and analysis of modular aluminium profile systems. There was created three conceptions of mounting board from which the most suitable was chosen to be built. From ways of control was chosen the most convenient way. The result of this thesis is stand for magnetic seal testing, using which will be possible to gain new knowledge of magnetic sealing and its future use.
--The legal nature of the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic's educational system
Švec, Jaroslav ; Staša, Josef (advisor) ; Rajchl, Jiří (referee)
The legal nature of the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic's educational system ABSTRACT This thesis treats the selected set of curriculum documents within the Czech legal framework laid down by the Act No. 561/2004 Collection of Law, on Pre-school, Basic, Secondary, Tertiary Professional and Other Education (the Education Act), as amended. The focus aims towards the Framework Educational Programmes (FEP) and School Educational Programmes (SEP), for which the relevant FEPs were issued. The National Educational Programme according to the Education Act as amended effective until 30. September 2020 is also taken into consideration on a theoretical level. In the times of expecting considerable state-level curriculum documents contents changes, and consequent changes on the school level, this thesis aims to analyse substantial legal aspects of each type of curriculum documents and their mutual effects and to assess, whether the current legal framework reflects their presumed use and meaning appropriately. With that goal, the key notions are defined first though and a brief insight into the curriculum historical development is provided. The thesis identifies an insufficiency within the valid legislation as the legal forms the curriculum documents should take are not laid down and consequently examines...
Synthesis of quinoxalinoporphyrazines as potentially biologically active substances I.
Švec, Jaroslav ; Kopecký, Kamil (referee) ; Zimčík, Petr (advisor)
Title of diploma thesis: Synthesis of quinoxalinoporphyrazines as potentially active substances I Author: Jaroslav Švec The aim of my diploma thesis was synthesis of symmetrical octasubstituted zinc tetraquinoxalinoporphyrazine (TQP) with specific properties. In this work, 2,3-bis[2- (diethylamino)ethylsulfanyl]-quinoxaline-6,7-dicarbonitrile was chosen as the starting material. The synthesis of 2,3,11,12,20,21,29,30-Octakis[2-(diethylamino)ethylsulfanyl]tetra-[6,7]- quinoxalinoporphyrazine zinc(II) (ZnTQP) by the cyclization of precursor with zinc acetate in DMF failed. That is why, I prepared the magnesium complex of TQP first, then I obtained the metal-free TQP from it using acid (HCl). Incorporation of Zn ions into the center of TQP was accomplished by treatment of the metal-free derivative with zinc acetate. Finally, ZnTQP was treated with ethyliodide and the water soluble ZnTQP, with quaternary ammonium groups, was obtained. The new compounds were characterized by using standard spectral methods (UV-vis, IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, mass spectra, elemental analysis).
