Diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of a banking entity operating in Czech Republic and the analysis of time series of selected indicators. The first part gives methodology of the work and theoretical bases for processing financial analysis and time series. The second practical part consists of analysis itself. Based on the results, the state of banking company is evaluated in the final part and the possibilities and proposal are introduced for entity operating in the banking market.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of economic indicators using statistical methods in the company Mars Svratka, a.s. In the first part of this bachelor thesis there are theoretical descriptions of economic indicators and methods of calculation in application of statistical methods. In the second part, I apply these indicators and calculation procedures to the company. Finally, the final part focuses on my own proposals for solutions to improve the company's situation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Porr, a.s. by using statistical methods. The thesis is consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and focuses on financial analysis, describes regression analysis and time series. The second part includes the financial analysis and the prediction of further development for the company by using statistical method. Recommendations for improving the financial situation in the future are suggested as the conclusion of these parts.

Main goal of this diploma thesis is to design a strategy to increase the competitiveness of the spa resort Lázně Hodonín. Secondary goal is to predict the future attendance of said spa resort. A theoretical part apprizes the readers with basic terms of tourism, spa procedures, time series and spa resorts from South Moravian area. In the practical part, we will use time series to process an attendance of spa resort and predict its future developement according to a chosen model. In the end we will use SWOT and PESTE analysis to summarize results, which will be used to suggest a recommendation leading to an increase of competitiveness of chosen spa resort.

The statistical method application of data processing is the study object of this thesis. The thesis is composed of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with regression analysis, time series and financial analysis issue. The practical part draws the attention to the characteristic of a chosen company and analysis of selected economic indicators. These economic indicators are processed by the aid of regression analysis and time series.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of economic data in the company Valeo Compressor Europe s. r. o. for the years 2010 to 2014. The result will be a set of economic indicators, which will reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Usage of statistical indicators will allow to predict the development of individual quantities for the following period. Finally, the thesis includes suggestions of improvement for the problems the company faces.

Analysis consists of chosen financial indicators for years 2007-2014 and statistical methods application, especially regression analysis. The outcomes of this thesis are interpreted results of performed analysis, forecasts of the future development and possible suggestions to improve economics of the municipality.
