Development of small towns in the Posázaví region
Šulc, Petr ; Perlín, Radim (advisor) ; Vaishar, Antonín (referee)
The diploma thesis is concerned with the development of three small towns in the Posázaví region. Development preconditions are evaluated according to the project implementation and financing and the communication of the town council with the public. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate what projects the towns implemented during the monitored period and whether these projects contributed to the town development. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined various types of functioning of public administration and development factors with the emphasis on human and social capital. Furthermore, the thesis discusses different approaches to strategic planning as a major tool for successful development. The chapter about the budget with the emphasis on subsidies is also included in the theoretical part. Two hypotheses emerged from the theoretical part. Following analyses try to answer these hypotheses. The practical part is gradually divided into primary and secondary analysis. In the secondary analysis, the internal development factors and the realized projects, which were divided into development and maintenance, were evaluated. Free available resources were used for this analysis. Information for primary analysis was gained from interviews with key participants of chosen towns from the region...
Deformation energy of Yeoh hyperelastic model and constant hyperelastic proportional damping
Šulc, Petr ; Pešek, Luděk ; Bula, Vítězslav ; Košina, Jan ; Cibulka, Jan
The paper deals with a proposal of the dissipated energy of hard rubbers as a function of the deformation energy expressed by the Yeoh hyperelastic model. Then the deformation energy may be dependent only on the first invariant of deformation. Based on the experiment, a “hyperelastic proportional damping” (HPD) is proposed for hard rubbers under finite strains. It is analogical to the model of proportional damping in the elastic theory, i.e. the dissipated energy is proportional to the deformation energy multiplied by the frequency of dynamic harmonic loading. The Yeoh model is chosen since the deformation function is dependent only on the first strain invariant for a description of the simple shear of a surface cylinder. The constants are used to an enumeration of the deformation energy of the Yeoh model for the specific cases of tested rubbers. The coefficients of hyperelastic proportional damping are evaluated on the basis of experimental results, too.

The paper deals with a stress analysis of hard rubber under large torsion deformations. This study was motivated by effort to find the dependency the dissipated energy on the deformation energy. Based on the results of an experiment, a function of dissipation energy of hard rubbers for finite strains using the theory hyperelasticity was proposed herein analogically as a prportional damping for elastic theory. Samples of hard rubber of different hardness (EPDM, Silcone) were dynamically tested on the developed torsional test-rig at different frequencies, amplitudes. First the Mooney Rivlin model (MRM) for a shear case of loading was analytically developed and then MRM constants were attained by fitting of the MRM to the experimental torsion-deformation curve. These constants were used to obtain the deformation energy of the MRM models. The coefficients of hyperelastic proportional damping relating a dissipated energy to a strain energy were evaluated for tested rubbers on the basis of experimental results.

Low-subsonic blade cascade model for aerodynamic testing was design in the Institute. The aim is to study the flow dynamics and flutter phenomenon in the cascade with moving blade profiles. The numerical calculations of two proposed cascades were performed for analysis of influence of stagger angle, incident angle of flow and inter-blade phase angles of the relative movement of blades. The results of numerical simulations of fluid dynamics of non-stationary flow both as viscid and non-viscid are presented. Futhermore the solution of the physical model of the designed cascade including excitation of profiles, measuring of the profile displacement and aerodynamic forces are described.

Transport accessibility based on the offer of public transport in the Ledeč and Zruč regions
Šulc, Petr ; Jaroš, Václav (advisor) ; Květoň, Viktor (referee)
In this bachelor thesis, the public transport accessibility in the inner peripheries of Česko in the Ledeč and Zruč regions is analyzed. The regions are located on the boundary of the Vysočina Region and the Central Bohemian Region. The main aim is to thoroughly map the transport linkage in the given are and to explain the role of the regional administrative border and it is border effect. In the first part of the work, a traffic geographical regionalization of the area of interest has been performed based on the frequency accessibility of public transport. The reginalization is subsequently followed by a comparison of supply and demand in the field of public transport. An evaluation of the regional border influence and i tis permeability has also been included in the work. The final part evaluates the public transport accessibility of municipalities. Keywords: transport accessibility, Ledeč region, Zruč region, public transport, inner peripheries

Experimental modal analysis of four-planet gear-box in a steady state
Pešek, Luděk ; Bula, Vítězslav ; Šulc, Petr ; Cibulka, Jan
This research report deals with a description and presentation of results of experimental modal analysis of non-rotating four-planet gear-box specific by planets placed on flexible pins designed and fabricated by Wikov Gear. The analysis deals with an evaluation of frequency domain behavior and localization of the main inner resonances of gear-box. The results of the experiment will be used for validation and tuning of developed numerical models in IT AS CR for vibrodiagnostic purposes and description of the gear-box behavior under rotation and with additional aggregates, i.e. engine, add-on bear-box and brake.\n
