International transportation of ammunition
Štětina, Jakub ; Novák, Radek (advisor) ; Roštíková, Denisa (referee)
This master thesis is focused on the international transportation of ammunition. The aim of my thesis is to map the international transportation of ammunition as a part of transportation of dangerous goods. The first part concentrates on the theoretical framework of transportation of ammunition - on the definitions, permits, licenses, reporting and characteristics of the various international multilateral agreements. The emphasis is put on classification, labeling, packing and documentations that are necessary for transport of ammunition. The last part is focused on the international company Sellier & Bellot JSC and followed by specific transportation on international export session.
Vibration at milling of metal
Dvořák, Jan ; Štetina, Jakub (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis contains theoretical description of milling, mathematical description of oscillation and causes of self-excited vibrations during the milling process. It further contains dynamic measurement of machine-tools and stability lobe diagram. At last it states different ways of prevention, removal or maximum reduction of self-excited vibrations during the milling process.
Performance analysis of energy harvester excited with vibrations of a real system
Hons, Richard ; Štetina, Jakub (referee) ; Smilek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the problematic of vibration generator settings. It includes analysis of generator as linear system and the performance of generator as function of its own frequency is calculated in the Matlab software, this is also verified on the real data sample. The influence of the generator on the basics body is tested
Dynamic characteristic of the workpiece in turning
Nádvorník, Vít ; Štetina, Jakub (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
The contens of master thesis is theoretical analysis of vibrations during turning and possibillity to eliminate them, measure dynamic compliance and modal paramteters. The goal of experimental part is to determine the effect of material and type of clamping for three shafts at natural frequency, mode shape and dynamic compliance. Using these results we can optimized cutting parameters and to better overcome vibration during machining.
Simulation Assessment of X Axis Damping Possibilities of Heavy Machine Tool
Štetina, Jakub ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the simulation assessment of axis X damping possibilities of Heavy Machine Tools. CAD model has been provided by company TOSHULIN a.s. In the thesis, there is described modelling of axis X as multi body system consisting of rigid and flexible bodies. The main goal is to create simplified model and get the information for strategic decision of manufacturer about damping possibilities of axis X. For the solution has been used several software products: SolidWorks 2013 - for simplifying the CAD models, Ansys 14.5. for modelling od flexible bodies, MSC.Adams for modelling multi body systems and Matlab 2012 for data processing and optimization.
Control of sliding window in passanger car
Kebis, Tobiáš ; Štetina, Jakub (referee) ; Sova, Václav (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is designing the electronics and control program for opening car window. Real model of car door was used for realisation, where were implemented control and power electronic. 12V industry power supply was used to power the electronics. For controlling the motor, H-bridge from Peter Horák’s thesis was used. The main problem discussed in this work is design of control electronics, based on microcontroller dsPIC33fj128mc804 and its programming in Simulink environment. Program had to meet certain requirements, and after the testing and optimising, the whole model was completed and got ready for presenting and teaching purposes.
Thermoelectric Generator
Štetina, Jakub ; Ančík, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes measuring of thermoelectric modules and building of the device, which would serve as an emergency electric energy source for specific purpose on the basis of ther-moelectric effects. We use thermoelectric generators (TEG).
