The effect of thermal conductivity on the heat storage efficiency
Steidl, Martin ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the dependence of heat storage on thermal conductivity, which is characterized by the thermal conductivity coefficient. Two basic materials were chosen for the measurements – universal plaster mixture and gypsum plaster. The thermal conductivity of the materials was increased by adding milled graphite powder, which conducts the heat very well. The taken samples were then examined for differences in the behaviour in the non-stationary thermal field and thermal-technical parameters – the specific heat capacity and the thermal conductivity coefficient – were determined.
Detached house, Kosov
Steidl, Martin ; Žižka, Lukáš (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the project of a detached house in an undeveloped area. The building is situated in Kosov, Šumperk district. The building is two-floor, without a cellar. The main entrance to the building is situated on the west side through a doorway. From the doorway it is possible to enter a garage and entrance hall. From the entrance hall there is a direct access to the living room, kitchen, utility room and toilet. The kitchen and living room are interconnected by the dining room, from which there is an entrance to the terrace. In the entrance hall there is also a wooden staircase leading to the 1st floor. Two children's rooms, bedroom, office, bathroom and toilet are accessible from the first-floor hall. The construction is based on a floating reinforced concrete slab which is laid on a layer of granulated foam glass at freezing depth. Perimeter walls, ceilings and roof structure are made of wooden Novatop-system CLT panels. The shed roof has a slope of 5°. The roofing is metal, grooved, made of titan zinc sheets with the surface finish NOVA. The built-up area is 121.40 sq metres. The thesis also includes the seminar paper on Structural Systems of Wooden Buildings.
The effect of the Energy Performance Certificate of Building (EPCB) on the price of a single-family house in Kosov (Šumperk district)
Steidl, Martin ; Cupal, Martin (referee) ; Pertl, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the price of a family house in the village of Kosov and its dependence on the Energy Performance Certificate of this house. The price of the family house, given its current condition, is determined in accordance with applicable regulations and taking into account the energy demands, the property facilities and the technical wear of the property. Then a measure reducing the building energy performance and thus financial demands regarding heating and operation of the house is proposed. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of the price of the property depending on the implemented measures and the new technical condition of the family house.
Digital tools for pupils' home preparation for CLIL classes in maths
Šteidl, Martin ; Novotná, Jarmila (advisor) ; Moraová, Hana (referee)
The purpose of this thesis is to give account of experimental teaching of a CLIL, namely in combination with blended learning at the second level of elementary school. The starting point was a reflection on how to relieve the overloaded of schedule of lessons devoted to non-linguistic subjects, in which many teachers now struggle with time to manage to teach all that is needed. To answer the question as to how pupils of an eighth grade of primary school, would respond to a new type of lessons in an unusual form, I tried to perform a teaching experiment in which the pupils went through a hard CLIL programme driven by blended learning. The available resources on this issue have been elaborated in the form of the theoretical part, which forms the first part of this work. It deals with CLIL, e- lerarning and blended learning. The second part consists of the preparation of the research and the third part is devoted to its implementation. The research consisted of three hours of full-time teaching enriched by blocks of e-learning support. During the preparation and implementation of the project, I tried to find sources of motivation that would encourage pupils to spend their extra-maths learning time. I collected the data for the subsequent analysis by participating and mediated observation, using...
