New Old Brno Return of living to the city centres

The thesis deals in its first part with the urban design of the brownfield site in Brno in the Old Brno district. The analytical part deals with the issue of the zoning of urban plan and the results of the Mendel Square architectural competition. The proposed urban solution is based on a traditional block of flats combined with a solitaire and defines various public spaces. In the second part, the architectural design of a typical block and four multifunctional apartment buildings in it is proposed.

HOUSE ON THE EDGE – Valašské Meziříčí, Sokolská Street

The concept is a combination of two different dimensional masses placed in a given area. The main building consists of a simple form of block IV. floors, the height and direction honor houses line the eastern part of the street Polášková and indirectly linked to it. Starting Cimala commercial center. In the opposite part of the main mass is only partial continuity created one deck above. An important factor in creating living spaces was sufficient offset from the main road, partially shielded by noise at the second follow-up buildings. The dominant mass is connected to a smaller two-storey L-shaped object, which combined elements of both maintaining the existing road corridor between the buildings housing and the historic town center. This is achieved by interruption of the dominant buildings in the middle on the first floor with the open-through-passage of the passage connecting the two parcels and create a public space between objects. The passage therefore preserves the widely used linear path from the street Pospíšilová Square. United objects are separated from the eastern part of the shopping center space Cimala in order to maintain the supply side of the aforementioned object.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Proposed solutions of the urban structure in the city of Brno - Komin reflects the current demand for housing in the family house. It includes designs of three major types of residential buildings (semi-detached, building of three residental unit, terraced house). Urban design uses traditional town-forming elements such as street, avenue, square. Each building also has its own garden. The overall concept uses many elements characteristic for passive housing. Topographic solution respects current surrounding development.

On the other hand, State cannot fully exploit autonomy of its will because its legal actions are rigorously predestined by the rules setting clear limits to it. Those limits in form of restrictive dispositions are addressed directly to organizational units of the state and state organizations and their purpose is to ensure efficient and economical management of state property as it is in the public interest. This dissertation aims to analyse the individual elements of property relations of the State. The most important subject in those relations is State itself. (English) Regulation of damages in the field of competition law in Czech and French law with regard to European regulation The purpose of this thesis is to analyze particular elements of actions for damages for infringements of the competition law, mainly those, which are contained in the Proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European Union. Given that a directive is source of law sui generis that needs to be transposed into national legislations, it seems convenient to attempt to illustrate its effects on particular national legislations. The paper deals with actual states of legislation in the Czech republic and in France and attempts firstly to discover existing elements of the legislation and secondly on the other hand to indicate some missing or problematic parts. The thesis is, besides introduction and conclusion, composed of five main chapters. Chapter two observes the conception and evolution of the competition law in the European Union and particularly the origin of thoughts about private enforcement of the competition law.
