Business Plan of multipurpose sports facility

The aim of this final thesis is to analyze the potential of construction of a multi-purpose sports facility focused on extreme sports named Freestyle Kolbenka. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as business and enterprise. Further it focuses on a business plan, its components and the specifics of the sports business environment. The practical part contains a description of this business opportunity and the analysis of the factors affecting its future development, including the financial plan. The outcome of this paper is the evaluation of researched variables and future prospects of the project.
The Valuation of the company RENETRA, s.r.o.

Aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company RENETRA, s.r.o. to date 30th November 2012. Market value reflects value, which is common buyer willing to pay on the market. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part theoretical background and key assumptions are determined. The aim of this part is to describe the basic methods and valuation process without which the valuation would be incomplete. In the second part I apply valuation methods in order to determine the value of real company based on real data. This part consists of financial analysis, where financial health-check is performed. Next part is strategic analysis with conclusion of sales forecast. Based on the results of strategic analysis generators values will be examined and subsequently the financial plan will be compiled Last part is determination of the value of the company.

This work deals with the issue of property valuation. It is divided into two basic units. The first part describes the theoretical issues of valuation, the second part, practical, is required to appreciate the family house on the basis of administrative law. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the property by administrative method.
