Sports center in Broumov

The topic of the masters thesis is newly built sports center in Broumov on the outskirts of the historic center. The proposal was placed high demands on appearance. There is a non-traditional stone facade with a combination of wood ventilated facades. The combination of wood and stone construction gives a historic feel and fit and existing buildings, which will carry the dominant built-up area. The new building is set into the sloping terrain with a flair for existing buildings. The building is part sunk into the ground to reduce the height to the surrounding area. The sports center is divided into three dilatations objects: Technical facilities, sports hall, bowling with squash and gym.
Detached house with the coffee bar in Liberec

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a polyfunctional detached house with coffee bar in Liberec. The detached house has three above-ground floors and a partial cellarage. There are two housing units in the building, on the ground floor is a buisness space for a cafe. The facility part is separated from the residential part and it´s operation is provided by the residents. The entrance to the house is located on southeast part of the object. The building has a shape composed of rectangular parts and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The detached house is designed from a single masonry system. The vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. Horizontal constructions are also in Porotherm system. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
Relaxation center in Velké Meziříčí

This thesis describes design of new relaxation centre building in town of Velké Meziříčí and creation of blueprints for building construction. Blueprints are furthermore supplemented by extensions for heating and concrete structures. The relaxation centre houses a wellness centre, a café, a hair and make-up salon with possibility of massage and an outdoor shop. The building is located in southern part of Velké Meziříčí – an urban area of both residential and industrial buildings. The centre is a three storey building with partial basement, flat single-layered roof and stairway, which serves as an access point for ventilation engine room located on top of the roof structure. This last element is distinguished from the rest of the building by different coloured façade panelling and serves as a dominant. Wellness centre covers the whole of ground floor and is interfaced with the first floor by additional wellness centre spaces and staff spaces. The first floor also includes the outdoor shop. Café and hair salon are situated on the second floor. Architectonic design is created in similarity to surrounding buildings and in relation to cardinal direction. Land lot is utilized for wellness centre purposes.
Pension with restaurant in Libomyšl

Master´s thesis solves the design of an object of restaurant and guesthouse in Libomyšl. The building has a rectangular shape with a additional building on the north side. The building has three floors. Above the house is designed backgrounds access service for flat roof duplex apartment located in the building. Roofing of the main part of the building is made by sloped saddleroof with ten skylights. Additional object is covered by a single layered flat roof.vered by a single layered flat roof.
Modern Art Gallery Brno

The theme of the project was to create a new gallery of modern art. The gallery will be used by the residents of all age groups from Brno and its surroundings. The land is located on the territory of Brno-Kraví hora. It is delimited by the street Kraví hora, adjacent park with astronomical observatory and planetarium and the allotments. The plot is in the sloping terrain and is currently located with 21 objects serving business entities. The plot is largely surrounded by the greenery of the gardens and adjacent park. The nearest building is an observatory and planetarium. In the vicinity there is also a sports centre and swimming pool. In its proposal, I therefore created another park in which the objects of gallery are integrated and which continuously builds on an already existing park. The Gallery is divided into three buildings, which are connected by an underground communication object. It is also designe dan object with a café and a lecture hall and object with the studios. In the northern corner of the plot is designed parking place, arrival is secured after the street Kraví hora. In the south-western boundary of the plot is terraced slope adapted for leisure activities. My intention was to design a smaller amounts, which may be easier to integrate into a park environment. Objects have only one floor. Gallery objects have another underground floor, which is to ensure the communication between them. Plans have a simple trapezoid shape, which is expanding away from the center of the square, around which are arranged. Roofs are standard with a different slant. Object with the studios has a different height levels.

The project deals with a family house with a hairdresser's in Kunovice. The building is a partially basement, it has two floors and an attic. It is situated by slightly (nearly flat) terrain. There are storage and a boiler room in the basement. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a hairdresser's and double garage. Two flats are situated at second floor and at attic. Both flats have the same identical ground plan.

Detached house with a flower shop in Vídeň

This thesis describes the development of design and blueprints for a new 2-flat house including a floristry shop in Vídeň. The house is to be situated in a sparsely populated part of Vídeň. The house is to be a three-storey building partly covered by a mono-pitched (or arched) roof. The ground floor is partially under the ground level and serves for non-living purposes whilst being used as a floristry and storage area. Design and blueprints of the cellar area are not developed in this thesis with consideration of the height of the ground floor area. First and second floors serve as two separate living areas accessible from a shared central access area. Architectonic solution and layout of the building is reached with consideration of the architecture trend of surrounding urban area and cardinal directions of the adjacent land.
Two-flat detached house with an establishment massage in Tečovice

This bachelor's thesis deals with a design of two-flat family house with massage service in Tečovice. The land for construction is inclide. The object has a basement where are situated massage parlors, garages and technical rooms. On the first floor are two arpatments for a 4-members family. Each apartment has own staircase. On the second floor is resting part of apartments. The construction system is from brick blocks Porotherm, ceilings are folded by Miako inserts. The roof of the house is a gabled one and is made by modern collar beam system. Covering is formed by roof tile Tondach.
