Apartment building B1

Based on the assignment, the bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an apartment building in the village of Rosice, in the cadastral area of Rosice near Brno, near the catchment and regional city of Brno. Locally interesting environment with potential for the future for the development of the wider surroundings of the city of Brno and the development of the village of Rosice itself. According to the zoning plan of the municipality, the considered area meets all requirements for housing development. The building is designed as a free-standing, with one underground floor and two above-ground floors and an attic. The underground floor contains the technical background of the building, a garage for each apartment, as well as a cellar and communication areas. The upper floors contain residential units. Number of apartments 6, of which one barrier-free. Wall construction system made of ceramic precision blocks, ceiling construction made of ceramic ceiling beams and ceramic inserts, monolithic reinforced concrete staircase, saddle roof with heavy concrete roofing. The work contains the implementation documentation of the construction.
High standard detached house

My Bachelor thesis deals with project of a family house, which is setted in a slopping terrain. My project corresponds to the scope of documentation for the execution of construction, which further determines dividing into single units. It says a lot about about two-floor brick house. Roof construction above second above ground floor is single-layer flat roof. This disposal solution allows comfortable living for 4 people.
Family house with bookstore

It is a detached family house. The building is located on Brněnská street in Černá Hora. The building has one underground floor, two above-ground floors and an attic. The underground floor is part of the owner's apartment and has a garage, laundry, toilet and storage space. The first floor is used as a bookstore shop, which consists of a sales area, social facilities for employees and a handy warehouse. The second floor and the attic serve as the owner's apartment. On the second floor there is a living room connected with kitchenette, bathroom, guest room, study and dressing room. In the attic there are two children's rooms, a bathroom and a bedroom with access to the terrace. The house is based on plain concrete foundations and lined with HELUZ. The roof above the building is gabled with roof tile roofing. Part of the bachelor thesis is a seminar work on the railing.
Detached house with design office

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop design documents for a building construction of a terraced house with a design office in a cadastral territory of a village Vacenovice. The house is situated in an existing built-up area intended for housing, on an investor´s slightly sloping plot, number 788/1. It is a completion of the gap between existing houses. The family house copies the street line and its volume and architectural design don´t disturb the original character of the area. The proposition and the design of the building respect a commune plan of Vacenovice. The project designs the two floor building with a partial basement. In the house are situated a housing unit for 4 residents and a design office for 3 designers. Structural system of the building is designed as wall and brick structural system from ceramic brickworks. The roof is designed as saddle roof with sunroofs and skylights.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the new apartment building B1. The apartment building is projected in Kroměříž and it contains three above-ground floors with a residential attic and a basement, covered with gable roof. There is a garage, storage and a utility room in the basement. Each floor contains one residential unit. The apartment on the first floor is accesible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The entrance is from the east side on Havlíčkova street. The access to the garage is on the south side. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The building is based on strip foundations. The work includes project documentation of the construction.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master´s thesis is processing of project documentation for implementation of a new multifunctional building in Ostrava, which is set in the locality of housing estate. The object is designed with respect to surrounding buildings. The multifunctional building has four floors, basement and longitudinal support system. Object is placed to the gentle slope. In the object are six flats, which are situated to second and higher floors. In the first floor is situated bookstore, tobacconist and entrance to the building In the basement are technical rooms and cellars for every flat. Façade of the building is designed to fit into the locality of apartment. Construction will be implemented from sharped brick blocks in combination with ceramic-concrete ceilings on concrete foundations. Basement walls are from reinforced concrete just like stairs. The new building will be insulated by external thermal insulation composite system ETICS from mineral wool. Facade color will be in shades of grey. Roof will be in combination of gable and counter roof. At the object is situated courtyard with parking place for residents of the house.
High standard detached house

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a high standard detached house in Litomyšl, Záhraď. Terrain at the buidling site is almost flat and it is situated at periphery of the town. The house is designed as a separately standing, two-storeyed building and it is partly cellared. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete, vertical structures are made of the Porotherm system. The whole roofing of the house is flat – one part is designed as a green roof and the rest is made of PVC foil weighted with gravel. All constructions correspond with the applicable ČSN standards.
Analysis of the Real Estate Market in Restaurant Premises in Hradec Králové

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the real estate market with restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove. The aim is to determine the factors influence the market price or market rent of this segment of the real estate market. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part was done a survey, which took place between the operators of restaurant premises. The second part compares and evaluates database sales and rentals of restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove.
High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The dining room and the living room are connected by a double-sided fireplace, and both rooms have access to the garden. There is also a cinema and a toilet located below t
