The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Brno. The construction plot is located in the Jundrov district in the northwestern part of the city of Brno. The house is designed as four floors, of which one floor is underground. There is one apartment unit in each above-ground floor and two parking spaces per unit. The project documentation also includes an assessment concerning building physics and the concept of technical equipment installations. The work was processed using the following programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Autodesk AutoCAD 2022, BuildingDesign, SketchUp, Lumion.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the construction of a family house. The house is designed in the outskirts of Kostelec na Hané. The detached building consists of three above-ground floors, a basement, a live-in attic and a gable roof. The house has three apartment units, one on each floor. The ground floor apartment is barrier-free. In the basement there is a garage with three parking spaces, technical facilities and storage units. The structure of the building is a system of ceramic blocks Porotherm with ETICS insulation. The roof consists of a wooden truss and ceramic tiles, thermal insulation is with mineral wool. The foundation is made of plain concrete strips. The main entrance and common staircase is on the north/northwest side. The main habitable rooms are oriented to the south and west. Additionally there is a parking lot for occasional parking designed on the plot.

Based on the assignment, the bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an apartment building in the village of Rosice, in the cadastral area of Rosice near Brno, near the catchment and regional city of Brno. Locally interesting environment with potential for the future for the development of the wider surroundings of the city of Brno and the development of the village of Rosice itself. According to the zoning plan of the municipality, the considered area meets all requirements for housing development. The building is designed as a free-standing, with one underground floor and two above-ground floors and an attic. The underground floor contains the technical background of the building, a garage for each apartment, as well as a cellar and communication areas. The upper floors contain residential units. Number of apartments 6, of which one barrier-free. Wall construction system made of ceramic precision blocks, ceiling construction made of ceramic ceiling beams and ceramic inserts, monolithic reinforced concrete staircase, saddle roof with heavy concrete roofing. The work contains the implementation documentation of the construction.

The subject of bachelor thesis is the desing of a new apartement building DB1 in the locality of Radostín nad Oslavou. The building has a basement, three floors above ground with a residential attic and a gabled roof. In the basement there is a garage, technical facilities, cellars and storage rooms. There are four living cells in the above-ground part of the building. The apartment on the first floor is barrier-free. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and is based on foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and Miako inserts.

The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the SENDWIX system and is equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Ceilings are made of ceramic beams and inserts. There are flat roof in the project and green roof. The building is based underlying concrete belts.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Zdounky in Kromeriz. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The main part of the residential building is rectangular with an L shape extension as a garaging. There will be a living roof above the garaging. The residential building is a three-storey building with a top floor being within a roof space and one basement floor. The basement consists of storage and utility area for the apartments, including bicycle store, workshop and seven parking spaces, one of which is allocated for disabled. Five residential units are provided with one unit designated as wheelchair accessible.
