Možnosti rozvoje ekofarmy v mikroregionu Konicko
Šmídová, Marta
The aim of the thesis is to analyze organic farm AMALTHEA, s.r.o. in terms of its strategic focus, and based on the results of the survey of the views of consumers be able to suggest the possibility of its development in the conditions of the microregion Konice. The bindings of organic agriculture on the sustainable development of the region were defined, as well as the importance of a small business in the regional development with a focus on organic farming. By using a questionnaire the survey was conducted, and subsequently obtained the primary information, based on which the options were proposed to the market evaluation of the production of organic farms, and the subsequent AMALTHEA, s.r.o. has recommendations for its development. All findings including proposals are presented at the end of the work.
Yield stress of semisolid preparations
Šmídová, Marta ; Šnejdrová, Eva (advisor) ; Drastík, Martin (referee)
CHARLES UNIVERSITY Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove Department of Pharmaceutical technology Name of the student: Marta Šmídová Title of diploma thesis: Yield stress of semisolid preparations Consultant: PharmDr. Eva Šnejdrová, Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with rheological properties, particularly yield stress, of pharmaceutical semi-solid excipients and preparations. The theoretical part summarizes the research knowledge of rheological behaviour of semi-solids, specifically yield stress, and it also describes selected materials. In the experimental part the rheological properties of semi-solid excipients were measured using the Kinexus pro + rheometer at 25 ř C and the results were subsequently evaluated by the rSpace software. The flow and viscosity curves were determined by the Toolkid_V001 Shear Rate Table at range of 0.1-100.0 s-1 and plotted by the Power law model fit. The course of these curves shows non-Newtonian behaviour exhibiting a plastic flow. The yield stress was measured by sequence Viscometry_0002 Shear stress ramp at the shear stress range 0.1-100/300 s-1 and evaluated by the Yield stress analysis. Adeps lanae revealed the lowest value of yield stress, Cremor leniens had the highest value yield. The used test seems to be suitable for comparison of flow properties of...
The appeal in the civil legal proceedings
Šmídová, Marta ; Frintová, Dita (referee) ; Smolík, Petr (referee)
The work deals with the appeal as the only proper legal remedy in the civil legal proceedings. After the general characterization of the appeal the work analyses the conditions of admissibility and inadmissibility of the appeal in the law given cases. The work proceeds to deal with the effects of the submitted appeal, the renouncement and the abandoning of the appeal. The attention is also paid to general and special requirements of the appeal and to the conditions under which new facts and proofs can be asserted. The most comprehensive chapter has to do with the very appellate proceedings. There is a description of the work of the court of first instance and the one of appeal in the appellate proceedings, and furthermore quantitative and qualitative range of the appeal review. The explanation of the evidence process in the appellate proceedings, the duty of notice of the appellate court and the way of hearing an appeal is treated as well. In addition there is a special chapter that describes the way an appellate court reaches a decision. The ending of the work is devoted to the costs of the appellate procedure and the author's recommendations de lege ferenda.
