Mentally Affected People and the Importance of Physical Movement in their Life

The bachelor thesis deals with the problametics of phycical movement in the life of mentally affected people. The first part is focused on the general description of this problem and shows what and how has changed the accession of the society to the people with this handicap. Next part maps the opportunities for excercising and also present two main organisations which deals with the sport of mentally affected athletes. Employee educational system for care assistants in a direct care in organization Portus Praha, o.s.

Presented master thesis is focused on education of social workers in social services, who provide direct care for mentally handicapped people. The author of this master thesis work as a senior executive in non goverment organization Portus Praha. During her professional activity in a job position as a social work supervisor, she has gained experience related to implementation and accomplishment of quality standards in social services, as well as with human resources management, team leadership and direct work with clients. In theoretical part she describes human resources management work and introduces its specification in social services. There are legislative adjustments mentioned and briefly introduced quality standards in social services. Subsequently there is also specification of social worker job position. Practical part is a target aimed research to find out how workers feel about compulsory education in this organization. The technique of documentation study in questionnaire survey and observation were used to acquire all important data. This research reveals how social workers perceive education in direct care social services and how big importance workers apply in their professional development. Adaptation process in the organization on the example of the selected organizations

The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process of new staff in the university hospital and in other two selected organizations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the adaptation process within the university hospital and several other organizations based on an empirical research with the aim to propose changes to the process. The theoretical part deals with human resources management, legislative definitions related to the establishment of employment and a specific definition of the concept of adaptation, course and duration of adaptation, adaptation process, adaptation plan, work, social and cultural adaptation and employee education. The second chapter focuses on the corporate identity, the culture of the organization, including the vision, mission and code of ethics, with which the new employee must become acquainted and identify during the adaptation process. In the practical part, the specification of the university hospital and selected organizations is analyzed and evaluated the course of the adaptation process based on the results of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, which reflect the actual state and shortcomings of the adaptation process of new employees within the organization. The child with disorded of attention and hyperactivity - syndrom ADHD

The bachelor work deals with the problems of the hyperactivity in the childhood it discusses the disorder of attention connected with the hyperactivity. It nighlights the causes and tde display accompaning the syndrom ADHD and outlines the history of this problem. It explains the specific disorders with the learning at the same time and their mutual connection with ADHD and shows possible corrective solutions inclusive the method of EEG Biofeedback. The substance of the bachelor work is qvantitative research inqviry, that finds out the parents` opinion on the complaints of their childern and the view at the theme of ADHD in the sence of information about causes of these problems and possibilities of the remedy. The investigated sample is made with patente of childern with ADHD and parents of children without ADHD.
