Next it evaluates actual sort of energy industry. Closely analyses the power station Dětmarovice. It looks for possibilities enjoyment of coal in the future not only in the energy sector.

This work deals with renewable sources of energy and storage options. It is focused on electricity generation. There are presented types of renewable resources suitable for electricity production. The second part is an overview of all systems used for energy storage. In the conclusion is an assessment of renewable sources and a comparison of methods of energy storage.

Renewable energy sources in CR

The content of bachelor study is the technical recherche of the renewable resources of energy in the Czech republic. It appears here the principal, use, potential and advantages and disadvantages of each type of renewable resources - water, wind and biomass. Then the use of solar energy for photovoltaic conversion to electrical energy is described in detail. At the end of this study is described one of the many recently build photovoltaic power stations in the South Moravia territory, the solar power station in Bzenec.

Small scale photovoltaic system

The aim of this work is utilization of solar energy for electrical energy production focusing on photovoltaics. First, the principle, function and structure of photovoltaic cells is described. Then the current types of cells are introduced, followed by possibilities on how to increase the production of electrical energy from photovoltaic modules. Subsequently the connection methods between the photovoltaic systems and the network are discussed. The thesis is concluded by a design of a small scale photovoltaic system for a family house including an economic evaluation.

The first part of the thesis is about theoretical concepts, solar energy, types of power plants, photovoltaic cell operating principle, design and manufacture of photovoltaic cells and panels, photovoltaic location, type of system. The next part deals with the design of system suitable for use in the CR. The next part is devoted to economic studies. There is evaluation of proposed solution in a final part of the thesis.

Alternative energy sources for family house

Bachelor thesis is focused on alternative sources of energy for the house and their evaluation. The first part focuses on the general view on alternative energy sources and making explicit the house of each resource of which the assessment is undertaken. The next chapters are focused on each types of renewables for which will be the conclusion in the end of each section for the assessment of a given house. The conclusion is evaulated for the selected type of alternative energy resources towards normally used ones.
