The topic of this diploma thesis is the development of the construction of residential properties in Brno – Jundrov. The work describes the gradual development of build-up area in individual time sections. From the 13th century to the present. The subject of the description is the gradual expansion of development, which is accompanied by the development of the municipality's infrastructure. This development is divided into a historical context. The thesis includes used building methods and forms of residential buildings. It also contains a description of interesting structural features and their visual impression. Last part of the description is the possibilities of building for the future

Family house with establishment

The intention of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of a family house with a business premises, in this case we are talking about office. Building is situated in the Moravian-Silesian regionm specifically in the village Starojická Lhota. It is a two floors new building with a terrace, designed for a family of four. The house is plastered with a light yellow tint. The windows and doors are wooden. Vertical constructions are made of polished ceramic bricks which are based on concrete strip footings. Horizontal structures are constructed from ceiling panels Miako made by POROTHERM company. Roofing of the main section is solved by gabled roof. Under roof is situated attic. Establishment and garage are roofed by gable roof too. The roof cladding consists of ceramic tiles TONDACH Samba 11.
