Effect of massification of university education on the labor market and job opportunities for graduates

This dissertation examines the influence of massification of tertiary education in labor market. There are explored effects of access to higher education of graduates and their chances of finding an adequate employment. It is partially inspired by the piece of work from Jan Keller and Lubor Tvrdý - Vzdělanostní společnost? Chrám, výtah a pojišťovna. The thesis also describes a situation on the labour market with regard to the employment of graduates and their applicability in practice. Statistical research is used and complemented by a survey among employers. The main objective of the thesis, ie. Employment of graduates in the labor market, was achieved thanks to these results. This piece of work could be used as a presentation of the results of the quality investigation and the need of higher education.
Selection process of the school director position from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with the selection process of the school director position. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part is concerned with the school director position and its competence, on the other hand with the legislation relevant to the selection process of the school director. In the end of the theoretical part author analyses the selection process in Slovakia. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of Czech teachers and headmasters of the selection process and of the Education Act novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how these interested sides perceive the selection process, whether the opinions are the same or different. The conclusions of the literature analysis and the research can be used for the improvement of the school director selection process in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 teachers and 13 headmasters. Competences of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector

This diploma thesis deals with the competence model of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector. It looks into the specifics of adult education with emphasis on the presentation of barriers when educating adults. Furthermore, this work discusses adult education specifics while focusing on the differences from the education of children and youth. This diploma work focuses on a trainer's personality requirements, his competences, and it presents expectations related to the trainer. A soft skills trainer's competence model is drawn up on the basis of theory presented and research carried out. The research focuses on three groups of participants to educational process - representatives of an educational organization as a trainer's employer, ordering party of an educational event as a trainer's customer and trainers themselves.
Management in preprimary education

For diploma thesis I chose the topic of management of educational institutions. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of managerial activities director nursery school focusing on personnel management. We focused on the issue of the relationship performs headmaster all managerial activities, what time frame they have to pay, how well it is able to fulfill. Individual chapters are based on the general theory of management, managerial functions, personnel, operations and human resources management. The practical part of the evaluation research. Method for obtaining data was used, primarily, time snapshot of all activities director kindergarten and secondarily, identification questionnaire. Based on the research model was created activities director kindergarten with basic timing in the form of a monthly interval. In the end we will find the time spent evaluating director of the kindergarten and recommendations, which should streamline the functioning of the school.
Professional Enquiry as a Part of the Professional Teachers' Standard

This dissertation is addressing research competence as part of teacher professional standard. Thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part deals with teacher competencies especially with research competency as part of Teacher standard which is defined in Teacher career system. It describes teacher research and in line with it is also mentioned professional inquiry used by teachers, its characteristics and application in teachers practice. In the field of teacher research it is focusing on action research in education system. Practical part is describing combined research where questionnaire and following interview are used as research tool. Autonomy of directors and teachers in the current Chinese educational system Mgr. Radana Wagenknechtová 2015 ABSTRACT This thesis looks at the Chinese educational system and the autonomy that directors and teachers share in the decision making process. It not only examines the educational system as a whole but analyses different levels of the educational system, puts an emphasis on the autonomy of teachers and directors in a school environment, and introduces various school reforms in China since 1976. Consequently, it clarifies the current Chinese educational system with an emphasis on various organizational levels along with the power they have in the decision making process and the options for creating change. Through the study of key documents of the Chinese educational system, political system, and other foreign literature, the legislative processes and documents that are responsible for the Chinese educational policies are made apparent. The thesis compares the official Chinese educational system's documents and processes with the actual situation. Based on this research, the thesis determines the real level of autonomy that directors and teachers possess in the decision making process.
