Methodological process of teaching orienteering during course of touristic and outdoor sports on UK FTVS

Title: Methodological process of teaching orienteering during course of touristic and outdoor sports on UK FTVS Target: The target of this thesis was inovation of methodical manual for teaching orienteering during course of touristic and outdoor sports on UK FTVS. The pilot project was also verified in practice on several courses. Methods: Expert survey of pilot version, which has been tested on nearly 280 students. Questionary survey for teachers and external co-workers from department of outdoor sports. Interview and literature review in the compilation of methodical manual. Results: Inovated methodical manual for teaching orienteering during course of touristic and outdoor sports. Teaching was changed especially in the begining of teaching orientation, where practical excercises were included to learn basic skills such as map orientation, keeping direction of the approach, selection of approach and distance estimation. A great benefit is a use of an electronic system SPORTident, which not only enriches the practice, but also provides high-quality data for back analysis of a training or a race. Title: Project of Educational Cycle Trail in the Protected Landscape Area Objective: 1. Creation of project of educational cycle trail in defined area 2. Processing of the informational brochure to the educational cycle trail 3. Verification of practical use of the educational cycle trail Methods: Collection of information of existing bicycle tracks, bicycle trails, educational trails, history of the defined area, natural and cultural assets of the area. Classification and verification of the dates. Processing of projest of educational cycle trail in defined area, informational brochure to the educational cycle trail. Verification of the practical use of the educational cycle trail. Results: The result of this work is the proposal of the educational cycle trail and the informational brochure to this trail including the photographs, text and maps, which are possible to be used for navigation during the ride. Management of road cycling race

Title: Management of road cycling race Objectives: The aim of this work is to analyze the management of organization of road cycling race in the Czech Republic, with the following evaluation of the data and the recitation of concepts to improve the organization and competitions in our country. To create a project of national Championship in road cycling in the Czech Republic. Methods: There were used qualitative methods of descriptive analysis and interviews in my work. Descriptive analysis were used to evaluate the scientific literature on the matter, further processing materials of Czech Cycling Federation. The key data were provided by informal interviews with the organizers and competitors. Results: Based on an analysis of organizing road cycling race in the Czech Republic, my work provides recommendations for increasing their popularity and for better organization by moving to smaller cities in the closed circuits. The Singletrack in the Context of Mountain Biking

Title: The Singletrack in the Context of Mountain Biking Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is systematically to introduce the overview of present knowledge in the cross mountain biking area including the wider contexts. Furthermore through the domestic and foreign literature search to reflect the term singletrack, eventually to create the well-arranged overview of the singletrack regions in Czech Republic and in the world. Last but not least to provide the comprehensive analysis of the biggest area of this type in our territory - Singltrek pod Smrkem. Methods: For the data collection and information acquisition have been used following methods: documentary and comparative observation of the tracked objects (technical parameters), standardized and non-standardized interviews (trail builders, village majors), analysis of information resources (domestic and foreign literature search), marginally comparative methods (CR versus world). The data collection resulted from primary as well as from secondary external and internal resources. Food supplements and nutrition of performance and professional cyclists

Title of the thesis: Food supplements and nutrition and performance of professional cyclists The goal of the paper: The aim of my work is to determine differences in the useing of dietary supplements and performance by professional cyclists. I also find out how different are the twosupplementation groups monitored before, during and after exercise. I focused on it also which marks of supplements by professional cyclist and cyclist who prefer performance. Of course I did not neglect to compare the groups surveyed drinks. Methodology: The data I obtained through a questionnaire that I circulated by an e-mail over the Internet.With some athletes I regularly meet in person, that I used for directly answering a questionnaire. The questionnaire used was clear and simple questions. The questionnaire is given below in the Annex. Most of the respondents interviewed were male and the age range was wide. Results: The results show that the greatest differences between groups of respondents are insupplementation before, during and after exercise. Název prá,ce : Právní problematika organizování vybraných sportovních aktivit v lesním prostředí. Lega/ problems of organizing specific sport events in forest environment. Cí:l práce: Provést rozbor současné právní úpravy týkající se lesního prostředí. Provést rozbor správní praxe dotčených orgánů státní správy. Vypracovat kratší materiál, který by mohl sloužit jako metodický postup příprav vybraných sportovních aktivit v přírodě pro organizátory. Metoda hodnocení : Podklady pro· rozbor jsem získal především rešerší dostupné literatury, srovnávací analýzou vybraných dokumentů, analýzou strukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými organizátory sportovních aktivit, rozborem odpovědí z ankety mezi úředníky státní správy. Výsledky: Na základě studie se jednoznačně potvrdil trvající napjatý stav dané problematiky, který vychází ze střetávání státního zájmu chránit přírodu a na druhé straně zachovat svobodu pohybu občanů a přiměřeně podněcovat jejich rozvoj ke zdraví a obecné zdatnosti. Rozbor platné právní úpravy především zákona č.114/1992 Sb. o ochraně přírody a krajiny, č.289/1995 Sb. o lesích a zřizovacích vyhlášek ZCHÚ proběhl pod odborným právním vedením Mgr.Václava Zakouřila. Analysis of sporting career of members of the cyclo-cross youth center Tabor

Title: Analysis of sporting career of members of the cyclo-cross youth center Tábor Objectivess: The aim of my thesis is to find out what are the most common causes of the exodus of young children from SCM Tabor and to suggest how to prevent premature termination of a career. Methods: I used a systematic opinion poll asking as the main research method for data collection, using open and closed questions. For purpose of research sample, 27 cyclist were included as an active and inactive respondents from SCM Tabor. All respondents were male with the age range between 14-33 years old. I was sending out questionnaires via e-mail or I have met concerned respondents in person. Based on the answers I came up with results and I converted them into text and graphs in the thesis. Results: The results showed that most of young cyclists career end due to loss of motivation for training and for improving performance, thus responded 10 respondents, 45%. Six respondents, 27% of the total, pointed out as the reason for termination the failure in their sport career. Another two had as a reason to end financial problems in the family, furthermore one pointed out injury as a reason. Safety measures for hiking and cycling

Title: Safety measures for hiking and cycling Objectives: The objective of this work is consistent and understandable description of the safety measures for hiking and cycling. Methods: The diploma thesis in the theoretical style is focused on searching for available sources and the research upon them, comparing of the sources and description of hiking and cycling, and listing the safety measures as well. Results: It was found that in selected works of Czech and foreign authors is sufficiently elaborated safety theme for tourism. The work describes hiking in adverse conditions behavior in nature and the recommended procedure for emergency situations. In works devoted to cycling is also carefully prepared technique bike riding, bike repair and care of him and recommendations for cycling gear. Furthermore, it was found that the cyclist applies rules to be respected, because the work contains a description of the rules and instructions on how to behave on the road and traffic. In work is also included historical development of both types of tourism, as well as the division between tourism and the inclusion of sport and physical activity universally. Analysis and project plan of information services in climbing areas

Title: Analysis and design solutions to information services in the climbing areas. Objectives of work: To evaluate the current level and the penetration of information systems in climbing tourism. Designing the ideal information system for climbers, which would be applicable to any climbing area. Methodology: The investigation, we used quantitative and qualitative methods research, primarily survey. The questionnaire we created specifically for our purposes, and spread it among a random sample of climbers. For further information, were used guided interviews and written questions directed to the people, providing individual information sources. The investigation using case studies, we analyzed the two main Web site for climbers in the country. Results: The results of the work serves as a basis for a thesis, the to prepare the system for a particular rock area.
