Title: The quality of sport-related services in institutions designed for children aged 3-6 years (pre-school education). Objectives The quality of objective of this work is to determine the quality of sport-related services in day-care centers in the Czech Republic. Methods: This marketing research is going to be conducted using standardized methods of SERVQUAL in the form of a written questionnaire, which is going to be left to the principals of selected day-care centers who will further hand it to the parents of the children. Results: The results of this marketing research show that neither of the two nurseries provides such good sport services so that the parents were fully satisfied. The day-care center of Matjuchinova in Zbraslav presented itself with the better results. The results of the second institution - the day-care center of Psáry - turned out very badly and many of the local provided sports services can be described as poor. Economy of the German football league

Topic: Economy of German football league Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the economy of the German football league, price development of athletes and clubs, application of forecasting methods for the future development of total revenue Methods: The methods of this work will be an economic analysis, that is about selection, evaluation and explanation of the economic statements competition and prognostic method of analogy. At first the GDP of the Federal Republic of Germany will be comapred to the development of the competition income for it to be partially confirmed or refuted reciprocal link. Subsequently, the calculated predicted value for season 2014/2015. Results: The analysis shows that the economy of the German competition is very rationally set. Proof of this are constantly increasing returns of economy in each individual economic sectors of Bundesliga. Loyalty of Prague fitness centers members

Title: Loyalty of Prague fitness centers members Aim: Aim of my essay is to analyze loyalty of Balance Club Brumlovka customers. Methods: In my essay I have used quantitative research method - electronic questioning through Net Promoter Score. Questionnaires were sent through email to current Balance Club Brumlovka members and the whole process of data collection took around 2 weeks. The results were evaluated in computer software and well-arranged into graphs and charts. Results: As result I found out that most of Balance Club Brumlovka customers are very loyal. More than 25 % of respondents are members since establishment of this popular health club, which means for more than 7 years. My research was conducted among 492 respondents and most of them would recommend Balance Club Brumlovka further or they have already done so. The most important attributes in their decisions when choosing health club are atmosphere, professionalism of employees and quality of services. I have also attached recommendations and suggestions how to keep and exceed customers expectations and how to increase loyalty of balance Club Brumlovka members even more. Power Plate Center's Marketing Communication

Title: Power Plate Center's Marketing Communication Objectives: : The objective of this diploma thesis is to discover the present state of the marketing communication of the sport institute Power Plate Center in Jungmannova street in Prague both in the customers view and also in the view of the company itself. On the basis of the gathered data then evaluate, eventually suggest the improvement of the current marketing communication. Moreover, by the aid of this data also suggest the marketing communication aimed at view potential clients. Methods: The quantitative method of the data collection by questionnaire and the qualitative method of data collection with the help of the depth interview was used in this work. The results were illustrated by tables, texts and graphs. Results: After the evaluation of the results, several faults of the Power Plate Center's communication with their customers were found best. In the synthetic part some recommendations were made, which could lead it the improvement of this marketing communication. Title: Dependency of market value of a team on the result achieved at the Synot liga Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the departmente of the market value of the teams which take place in the Czech Top Football league and their achieved results in this competition. Market value of the team is given by a sum of market value of all its players, regardless of their taking part in the match or not. It's put into the kontext with the final result in the league, which is expressed by a total sum of the gauner points. The partial aim is to determine effectiveness of these teams (expressed by total market value of the team) and the total sum of the points achieved in the competition Methods: Regressive and correlative analysis was used for determination of the dependence in the practical part of my research. Regressive analysis was taken from the assumption of free dependence. In this case the aim was to identify the degree of its intensity. So this is the way how the assumption that total market value of the team has certain influence on the achieved result in the league was checked. Title: Management of the McDonald's Cup 2015 final tournament Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to provide a detailed analysis of the management of the McDonald's Cup 2015 final tournament known as the Festival of Football, to present its strengths, weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats and then, based on previous analyses, to create a list of suggestions and recommendations leading to the elimination of the weaknesses and threats and thus to development, increase of the popularity and to improvement of the hosting the McDonald's Cup in the next years. Methods: In order to achieve the objectives of this thesis, within the case study methods of participating observation, informal in-depth interview, document analysis and SWOT analysis were used. Results: The thesis describes in detail the whole process of organizing the mentioned youth sports event from the preparatory phase through the planning phase and implementation to completion and evaluation. The case study revealed deficiencies of the event especially in the area of financial security, promotion and in the event program. Title: Marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The analysis includes comparison of given information with theoretical acknowledgement. The aim of the diploma thesis is to recommend some changes of marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou that could be helpful in following seasons according to the given comparison. Methods: The main method of collecting data needed for this diploma thesis is an interview. Interview was given personally and via mobile phone by management of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou and by ski school's customers. There is also SWOT analysis provided in the diploma thesis, where internal and external factors of Classic Ski School are being evaluated. Title: Customer Satisfaction with the Services of Pulse Fitness in Benešov Objectives: The primary aim of this thesis is to ascertain customer satisfaction with the services of Pulse Fitness in Benešov as well as the main factors which reduce the level of customer satisfaction with said services. The results obtained will be employed as the bases for recommended measures, whose implementation in Pulse Fitness should contribute to an increase in the level of customer satisfaction. Moreover, a secondary aim is to adapt the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index to the area of fitness. Methods: In the thesis, the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index is employed. Electronic questioning was applied for the collection of primary data. Results: The resulting values of the European Customer Satisfaction Index indicate that the customers of Pulse Fitness have an above-average satisfaction with the provided services. However, there are a range of factors which the management of Pulse Fitness should address. Specific resommendations are mentioned. 6 ABSTRACT Title: Satisfaction Members of CZ Golf Club with Services of Golf Resort Písek Centre Objectives: This thesis explores the extent of satisfaction members of Golf Resort Písek Centre with provided services. The extent of satisfaction was determined by an opinion poll where the members evaluated the perceived quality of services and the quality of services which they would expect at an "excellent" golf resort. Questionnaire was compiled according to a research which considered the most significant elements that should be implicit for each golf resort. The acquired findings allowed assessing the quality of services at Golf Resort Písek Centre. Given the assessment some recommendations are suggested, which should increase the quality of services at the resort and consequently the higher satisfaction of its members. Methods: The survey of the quality of services was performed using the designed questionnaire, which was inspired by SERVQUAL method. Therefore, it compares the quality of the services at an "excellent" golf resort with perceived quality of services at Golf Resort Písek Centre. Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in the leisure center. Objectives: This thesis is focused on leisure center Offpark. The main goal of this thesis is to find out satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service in the leisure center. Offpark offer for its customer leisure activities - services which the thesis analyze and improve their individual aspects. The thesis compares the expected and the real value of individual aspects. This comparison will help deduce possible changes to improve the quality of services by major deficiency. The supporting aim is analyzing the thoughts and opinions of staff and a comparison with the ideas and opinions of real visitors. This comparison should discover distinction in opinions and views of visitors and instructors. The resulting differences in these two groups showed differences in understanding of the situation made by the visitors and the instructors, which was in some cases fundamental distinction. Method: A survey of service quality was investigated by using Servqual questionnaire, which was distributed by e-mail address database of visitors leisure center Offpark.
