Tractor Shift Mechanism Analysis
Netopil, Jan ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the shifting mechanisms of manually shifted tractor transmissions. It provides a comprehensive overview of all significant structural nodes of the shift mechanism with an analysis of the influence of the structure on the resulting intensity of a force required for shifting. The main aim of this thesis is the design and validation of experimental equipment for measuring the force effects of the shift mechanism of a mass-produced tractor in actual operation. The design of the experimental equipment is based on a study of the used measuring technique and similar experimental equipment. The final structure is selected based on selection by the method of weighted values, taking into consideration the requirements of the structure. A functional measuring chain is designed and formed for the realization of the measurement. To evaluate the data from the technical experiment, a multibody model of the designed experimental device is created in the MSC Adams View software, through which the real parameters of the shift mechanism are obtained from the measured values. The designed experimental equipment brings the possibility of complete analysis and subsequent optimization of the tractor's shift mechanism
Formula Student Intake System Design
Kříž, Radim ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Janoušek, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the intake system of a turbocharged Formu-la Student combustion engine. The thesis contains a brief description of the intake system of a passenger vehicle and the intake system of a Formula Student vehicle. Part of the work is the design of an electronic throttle. The type of throttle valve was selected based on a research of individual types used nowadays. Furthermore, simulations of the flow of the air through the intake system are performed and the results are used in the design cal-culations.
Application of sound-absorbing material around a chassis dynamometer
Kašpárek, Jan ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with determination of an absorption properties of samples made of specific materials. The aim is to determine these properties with the help of impedance tube and anechoic chamber. These experiments are later simulated with ANSYS software. Results of both methods are compared and reasons of differences are studied.
Design of gear coupling
Kundýsek, Michal ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
The content of the diploma thesis is the construction of a toothed coupling for general use. The coupling was first described in order to acquaint the reader with the issue of the coupling. After approaching the issue, a practical part was created, which dealt with the conceptual design of the gear coupling. Two gear coupling designs have been developed to take into account as many customer requirements as possible. After making the model, strength calculations were created to verify the functionality of the coupling. The calculations mainly concerned important components for the operation of the clutch.
Influence of interference fit on Rolling Bearing life
Tetour, Stanislav ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
Master thesis is focused on the influence of interference fit on rolling bearing life. The first part of thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, that is necessary for the solution. The influence of interference fit was investigated of inner ring on shaft and outer ring in housing bore for recommended tolerance classes. Interference fit was solved on cylindrical roller bearing and tapered roller bearing. Analytical and numerical approach was used for the solution. A static analysis of bearing was made using program ANSYS Workbench in numerical section. The output of analysis was maximum shear stress under the contact surface, which result is contact fatigue of bearing. Bearing life was determined by life factor, which indicates bearing life with interference fit compared to bearing without interference fit.
The Cylinders of Four-stroke Engines
Vanda, Marek ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Dlugoš, Jozef (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Cylinders of Four-stroke Engines. First part is about four-stroke cycle, engine construction. Next parts are about cylinders, their function and requirements. Also included is the importance of the cylinders on the engine operation and engine life. Last part is focused on the construction, materials of the cylinders and their usage in the past and today.
Development of Endoprosthesis.
Řehák, Kamil ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Florian, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the problems of the development of total endoprosthesis. The work contains the history of endoprosthesis and the present day description of made and used types of endoprosthesis. In the conclusion there is foreshadowed the development of joints’ surgical implants.
Passenger Car Internal Acoustics
Prokšová, Lucie ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the analysis of the acoustic properties of the interior of the passenger car by using the finite element method. Part of the work is an analysis of the excitation effects of individual vibration sources and the evaluation of the response in the interior of the cabin with a focus on the passengers of the vehicle and also solving the problem of the design of structural modifications in order to reduce the noise inside the cabin.
Possibilities of Determining NVH Parameters of the Seat Track Release Mechanism in a Passenger Car
Ondriska, Viktor ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The focus of this thesis is the noise produced by a seat track release mechanism used in road vehicles. The goal of this work is exploring the possibilities of determining the radiated sound through experimental and computational means. The introduction is dedicated to different seat track designs. In the next chapter is a summary of computational means used to determine vibrations and noise. Further on, measurement methods of NVH parameters are described. Near the conclusion of the thesis there’s a breakdown of a newly developed seat track mechanism and the results of measurements that were carried out.
Planetary Gearboxes in Both Passenger Cars and Trucks Construction
Novák, Petr ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis deals with the use of planetary gears in automatic transmissions for cars and trucks. The transmission part consists of Simpson and Ravigneaux gears. Therefore, their kinematic analysis is performed here. A complete description of the automatic gearbox explains in detail the principle of the function of the gearbox as a whole. Furthermore, the work is divided into two parts - gearboxes for cars and trucks. A research is carried out, the main characteristics of the group are described and their representative is discussed in detail. In the last part the kinematic and force analysis of ZF - Ecomat 6HP 602 gearbox is carried out.
