Patent law in Austria and CSR - application at Skoda works till the year 1939

I limited the content of the work to arms production. Overview of patent law development in Bohemia in 19th and a part of 20th century is not narrowed. Protection of patents - inventors protection law was first adapted by law in 1832, second more sophisticated "new prerogative law" in 1852. Invention protection law from 1897 solves the same issues like prerogative law from 1852. Patent protection was valid for 15 years. There was only one central "patent office" for patent protection of all inventions based in Vienna . "Register of patents" made an entry of granting a patent. Patent court was appropriate for reviewing of the decision of the Office. National Assembly adopted patent law from 1897 and in 1919 extended its validity to "the whole area of Czechoslovakia". The law from 1922 added a lot of partial changes and also listing of fees. In 1923 a new regulation was issued which changed the inner organization of the Patent Office and its personnel. Analysis of cloud BI solutions and factors affecting their implementation

The combination of Cloud Computing and Business Intelligence (BI) gives many advantages, however the classic deployment model is still in many cases preferred. Both models differ in many aspects and are suitable for various organizations. The thesis looks at these aspects and analyzes the differences that cloud computing brings to the Business Intelligence. Aims of the thesis are to compare both models according the architectural, security, user and financial aspects, influencing of the cloud computing on the implementation of BI and presenting some practical examples of BI solution. To achieve the aims the author uses a literature review, electronic sources and own analysis. Based on the identified impact of the cloud factor the author extends the reference model Management of Business Informatics (MBI).
Use of Web 2.0 applications at work for a project team

Web 2.0 is a new approach of creating not only web content. It provides a means of active creation of content for a greater number of users. This approach has already brought a revolution to the Internet on social sites like Facebook or Youtube, but the enterprise environment and project teams are not that familiar yet with the potential of using Web 2.0. Therefore the aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce Web 2.0. It also seeks to bring the possibility of using this approach for creating all types of projects and furthermore points out some applications which are benefits from using this approach and provide universal methodology of using those applications for project work.
