Malá, Kristýna ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Čajka, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with left-handed hemiparesis. Objectives: The main target of this bachelor thesis was to compile a complete case study of physiotherapeutic treatment, which was carried out in the course of clinical work placement, including evaluation of the effect of therapies. Another objective was to obtain theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis of the patient, namely the craniocerebral trauma. Summary The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general and special. The general part is theoretical and compiles information about craniocerebral trauma. It deals with the anatomical description of the brain, blood supply of the brain and it explains the neurophysiological background of motion. It also deal with kinds of craniocerebral trauma, including disorders of consciousness and their treatment. The last part presents physiotherapeutic methods and techniques that can affect the state after brain injury. A special part is a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of patient (V. H.) after craniocerebral trauma with left side hemiparesis. The work includes a complete in-and-out kinesiological examination, process of therapies and a final evaluation of the effect of the therapies. This special part is based on a three-week work with a patient in...
Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty
Máca, Ondřej ; Polák, Alois (advisor) ; Čajka, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Objectives: The main thing of these study is to get to know about the reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and then detail analysis of whole shoulder knot including patient case study with that kind of diagnosis. Summary: This bachelor thesis has been divided into two main parts. First part is theoretical and contains information regarding implant joined with analysis upper limb and shoulder joint searched by anatomy, kineziology and biomechanic vision where proffesionaly literature has been used. The second part of mine bachelor thesis contains patient case study with litteral diagnosis what I have searched during mine proffesional practice. Mine proffesional practice was located at Medicentrum Praha and I have worked there from 15.1. 2018 till 9.2. 2018. Results: During the terapy patient got better especially in the active mobility in shoulder joint of the operated limbin all movement planes. Later on we had increased the mussel strenght and the shoulder stability in the joint as well. Keywords: reverse endoprosthesis, shoulder joint, rotator cuff, rehabilitatio
Comparison of postural stabilization of athletes and trail runners with postural somatoosilography
Čajka, Vladimír ; Rašev, Eugen (advisor) ; Véle, František (referee)
Title: Comparison of postural stabilization of athletes and trail runners with postural somatoosilography. Objectives: The main aim of this study is comparison of postural stability of athletes (track runners) and trail runners. We want to determine, if run in the field can affect positive postural stabilization. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. Analysis is performed with postural somatooscilography (PSOG). This method contains postural provocation test on Posturomed. Oscilation of this platform is shooted in program Microswing 5.0. Then these dates are evaluated in program Posturomed Commander. We compared these dates with statistical methods and box plots in program Statistica 10 and Microsoft Excel 2007. Results: We found out when we compared 17 trail runners and 11 track runners that trail runners reached better postural stability. Trail runners had better postural stability in the first measurement and also had better results in comparison of three measurements. Track runners achieved the best results in the third measurement and trail runners had the best results of postural stabilization in the second measurement. Keywords: postural stabilization, biomechanics of running, Posturomed, postural somatooscilography
