The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan of the new sauna center in Prague. The purpose of the work is to compile individual parts of the business plan in order to provide sufficient information about the feasibility of the project. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Practical part contains a proposed business plan for building a new sauna center in Prague. An integral part of the work is also a financial plan that serves as information for potential investors, whether this plan is feasible. Provided sensitivity analysis defines the extreme values, when the project is still effective and it is worth to realize it.

Analysis of Jindřichův Hradec Visitor Profile

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the profile of the visitor of Jindřichův Hradec in the summer season 2014. The theoretical part is dealing with the issues of tourism itself, tourism demarcation and development, its typology and typology of visitors. Then it introduces the city of Jindřichův Hradec from the point of view of tourism and presents individual methods of measuring and evaluating turnouts of the city itself. The practical part pays attention to the interpretation of detected data. Information has been aquired by personal interrogation of visiiors by means of standard questionnaire. Interviewing has been performed since June to September 2014 in certain places of Jindřichův Hradec.
