Bachelor’s thesis will deal with single-spar travelling crane with under crane trolley, lifting capacity 6,3t. Aimed at design main structural parts, which I split to three main parts. First part will deal with design crane bridge, second part will design crosspiece and third part will design screw connection. In calculations and designs I keep to the ČSN standards and crane design literature. This Bachelor’s thesis was written by cooperation with Iteco company.

Loan agreement

The purpose of my thesis is to generally describe the legal aspects of the loan agreement which includes the describtion of credit and customer credit too. The thesis is composed of eight chapters and each of them dealing with different aspects of the credit or the Loan agreement. Chapters describes the term "credit" and the difference between his legal and economic sense for society. It's necessary mention different kinds of credits, his meaning, ways of categorizations and basic principles used in credit contracts. In loan agreement I begin with a short historical introduction, his origin and evolution. Most important part of my thesis examines relevant Czech legislation of the credit contract, his meaning in system of law, necessary and unnecessaty part of loan agreement, diferrent kind of legal security of provided money and the special possition of bank like a creditor. Credit contract is regulated in § 497 - § 507 in Czech Commercial code n. 513/1991. Under the loan agreement, the creditor obligates to provide to the debtor, at his request, certain amount of money, and the debtor obligates to repay the provided money and pay interest. Forms of abuse of dominance in the area of the Internet platforms The thesis is dedicated to the topic of abuse of dominant position in the area of the Internet platforms. Its aim is, firstly, to outline the challenges arising from the specific nature of the area, which might, from the competition-authorities' point of view, complicate the enforcement of competition law in the case of abuse of dominance. Secondly, the thesis tries to find the answer on the question to what extent these problems have been reflected in the existing decision-making practice. The structure of the thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part is an introduction. The second part provides an essential introduction to the area in question. It defines the term "Internet platform", provides an overview of the most important types of the Internet platforms and describes the specifics of the area in question, whose description is essential for the following parts. The third part analyses the problems that competition law may face in the context of possible abuse of dominance within the meaning of Art. 102 TFEU in the area of the Internet platforms. Econometric analysis of marihuana seizures in selected states of the world

Nowadays the drug question is one of the most debatable problems in our society. Marijuana is the most common type of illegal drugs. The volume of confiscated marijuana is one of the most important indicators, which helps to determine the real situation on the black market of marijuana. This bachelor's thesis concerns with the econometric analysis of the most important factors influencing the volume of marijuana seizures. At the beginning, it presents the methodology later applied to the data set and variables relevant the problem. The next section is an application part where there are introduced econometric models which help to discover and quantify influences of the variables. The last part is conclusion where the results of analysis are evaluated and interpreted.

Route optimization for the parcels distribution

This thesis deals with optimization problems of the parcels distribution. This issue can be solved on the ground of traveling salesman problem whose mathematical and economic model, including their modifications, are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. We can solve these problems by using exact methods, heuristic and metaheuristic algorithms. In the theoretical part are described traveling salesman problem, traveling salesman problem with time windows, traveling salesman problem with multiple time windows and dynamic traveling salesman problem including possible ways of solution. In the practical part we can find application of problems on the real example, when we are finding the shortest possible route for the PPL's employee under different assumptions. The solution is obtained by using solver Gurobi within the modelling system MPL for Windows. In conclusion of the thesis the results are summarized and models are compared with each other.
