Bachelor thesis deals with the financial situation of high school in 2009 - 2014. The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial situation of the school by using cost-benefit analysis and propose measures for improvement. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge, the second section contains basic information about the school and analysis of the financial situation of the school. In the third part is the evaluation of the financial situation of the school and subsequent recommendations for improving the use of financial resources.

The present bachelor’s thesis evaluates HUSKY Ltd’s company performance between the years 2016 – 2020 using the tools of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section discusses the theoretical basis of the work and defines the goals of financial analysis. The following section of the thesis concisely presents the aforementioned company. Furthermore, this latter chapters contain the practical part of the thesis. Measures to improve business performace are proposed in the final section of the thesis.

Swirl pump as an artificial heart replacement

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to establish on survey of swirl pump from previous years and his optimization via which is suggested the second degree of synchronous pump whereas they should work together like a total artificial heart. Hydraulic and constructional proposal is solved. Conception is realized experimentally also with help of CFD calculation, results are compared with each other.

Bachelor’s thesis discusses about artificial heart of human, which is the most complicated in animal world. But the thesis collects an evolutionary development of hearts invertebrates and hearts vertebrates. Human heart puts emphasis on mechanical properties, which are important for design of artificial valves and hearts. Finally, results are measuring the real model of an artificial heart.

Komunikační strategie mezinárodního programu CESP

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat komunikační strategii mezinárodního programu CESP a zmapovat její vývoj v průběhu posledních 14 let. V první kapitole charakterizuji CESP, jeho historii, produkt, cílovou skupinu spotřebitelů a statistiky počtu studentů. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na komunikační strategii na základě součástí komunikačního mixu. Zaobírám se zde reklamou a jejími druhy, podporou prodeje, PR a přímým marketingem. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji, jak vznikaly nové propagační materiály CESPu, jako brožura, hlavičkové papíry, obálky nebo nové internetové stránky. Vše je doplněno o ukázky starých a nových propagačních materiálů, které jsou umístěny jako příloha této bakalářské práce.

Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj světové liberalizace obchodu průmyslovými výrobky. Vychází z existence Všeobecné dohody o clech a obchodu (GATT), v jejímž rámci liberalizace probíhala. Poté se tato problematika přesunala pod Světovou obchodní organizaci (WTO). Podrobně je popsáno Uruguayské kolo a je zde zmíněněn i současný stav a popsán program "the Doha Developement Agenda".

Intellectual Property In The International Trade With An Emphasis On The Authors' Rights

Duševní vlastnictví a ochrana práv s ním souvisejících zaujímají v mezinárodním obchodě stále významnější místo. Tvorba nadnárodního legislativního rámce a vymahatelnost autorských práv jsou důležitými body jednání mezinárodních institucí. V této práci je předložen výčet nejdůležitějších mezinárodních úmluv v oblasti práva k duševnímu vlastnictví, jsou nastíněny klíčové body jednotlivých ustanovení a je naznačena jejich vzájemná návaznost. Na konkrétních příkladech je ilustrována aktuální míra porušování těchto práv a je poukázáno na nedostatečnou postižitelnost protiprávního jednání.
